Just about everybody at my wedding fell in love with my dress. I was dead set on a dress with straps and everywhere else in Lincoln had nothing but strapless it seemed so it was a bit hard to find one that I wanted. The 3rd dress I found here I absolutely fell head over heels for, and I still want to wear it because it is SO gorgeous! And I spent less than $500 on it, I couldn't be happier with David's Bridal!!

Loved my dress! It was amazing value for the price. David's Bridal also did my alterations (which were expensive) and pressed me dress the week before the wedding. Good experience!

The only thing good about them was my dress was perfect and wasn't a bad price... Otherwise I thought they were horrible and VERY unprofessional...

David's Bridal did a horrible job with my flowergirl. They told me on 3 separate occasions to bring her in about 6 weeks before the wedding to get her dress. When we did bring her in, I was informed that a 5 year old needed to be fitted 12 weeks in advance. Do they not know that 5 year olds can change sizes in 12 weeks? I also got my bridesmaids dresses though David's. The only reason is because one of my bridesmaids was out of town and they have shops in most areas. I would NOT recommend them to any bride. There are MUCH better stores to get your dresses from!

I loved my dress, but I hated my experience with David's Bridal. They told me I was always welcome to call or come in with questions, but every time I called they were nothing but rude. Their #1 priority is to sell you a dress, whether you look good in it or not. I tried on numerous dresses when I went in and was told I "looked great" in each of them, but the people I trust and took shopping with me otherwise did not always agree, and neither did I. Also, save up for alterations, because they almost cost more than you'll pay for your dress!

My dress was exactly what I had been looking for.... it was BEAUTIFUL, and to boot my mom LOVED the price! She even ended up getting her dress there as well. They were really great.

Gorgeous dresses, but a little on the pricey side. While they were cooperative in overnighting an extra dress for a last minute bridesmaid, they refused to exchange it for one already purchasede that was still in its bag with the tags. So, though I did end up with enough bridesmaids, I'm stuck with an extra dress and the charge for a new one.

Only acceptable-- not very willing to help accomodate schedules, occasionally borderline rude.

David's Bridal in Lincoln was such a great "experience." From the moment we walked into the store we were treated with such quality of service and excellence. The invitations were very easily designed and ordered off the webpage. Because I got my dress from David's Bridal I received a significant discount for the invitations. The customer service rep. was very helpful.

Everything was great; except for when the lady was cinching my dress up the back and she asked if i was pregnant. Apparently she thought I was too fat for my dress on the final fitting.

I changed my dress from a bridal gown to a bridesmaid dress because I was pregnant and didn't want to wear a traditional dress. The quality of service seemed to go down with the price of the dress I was buying, but I was pregnant and hormonal and sensitive, so I don't know if I am the best judge of service. The dress was beautiful and great quality, so no complaints about the product.

Staff was very friendly and professional and helpful.

They goofed up on my dress. The sales lady said it was out of stock so she would sell me the last dress at $200 off. I decided to do it because I really liked the dress. She then called me a few minutes after leaving the store and said they had made a mistake and had entered the wrong number into the computer. Turns out my dress was not out of stock. Since they made the mistake they gave me a new dress at $200 off. Totally worth it! I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Great people to work with....but make sure you set up an appointment first.

The selection and prices were very reasonable. My dress was discontinued, so I got a great deal!

They had a wide selection of dresses for every size. The lady that helped me try on my dress was incredibly sweet and professional. I had alittle bit of an issue with my RSVP cards, but they refunded my money spent on those to help with the problem.

David's was helpful. They gave my bridesmaids discounts on their dresses and I got a discount on men's tuxes from the tux place too. Alterations were expensive, but I got taken really good care of.
