Oksana ruined my wedding dress which made me have to pay about $400 within 35 days of my wedding to get it fixed elsewhere. She changed the color of the dress completely, she ruined the lining on the bust while pressing the material incorrectly, and more. The alterations person that I went to 2 days later was dumbfounded about what Oksana did - including sewing a 2nd pair of smaller cups onto the manufacturer cups in my dress. I have spent $450 now trying to get it fixed because I have to also pay rush fees with a new person. Oksana at my pick up did not listen to my concerns that day and told me to "just not pay her for the alterations if Im not happy" when my dress was also clearly dirty. I hope that she can fix her mistakes and pay me for the damages that she has caused.
