I had one issue with Crown Photographic after another. It all started after they got the full payment from my father, before then they were as sweet as pie. I scheduled my bridal portraits very early so that I would have plenty of time to choose my bridal portrait and receive it in plenty of time to have for my wedding day and for the photographers to get married in Europe. Crown Photographic took 6 weeks to digitally "improve" my portraits and get the CD to me. They had their wedding planned in Italy, so they gave me this CD a week before they went to Italy to get married and they were returning a week before my wedding. I knew this early, so that is the ONE reason I scheduled my portraits so early. I had ONE week to choose my bridal portrait and I was given the option by Graham, to have it delivered the Monday that they returned from Italy, WITHOUT a frame. This was also the Monday before my wedding, the busiest week of a girl's life. Well, Graham called my step-mom on that Monday and claimed to have a family emergency and that the portrait couldn't be delivered until Wednesday. I know this was a lie, because Northgate Country Club where I had my wedding told me that he was doing another bride's portrait's on Monday. Lying doesn't fly for me, especially when I'm paying thousands of dollars. As far as service is concerned, you have to be "on" 100% of the time. Brenda and Graham showed up at the wedding on time and did everything as they said they would for the wedding. However, it took them ANOTHER 6 weeks to have the DVD of the wedding pictures ready. They claimed they had used their programs to improve the pictures, but they took pictures with the other photographer was in the picture and left those on the DVD. I also had photos where they could have cropped out the orange water coolers or golf flags, but they left those minor details in the picture. So, when I asked to have these things cropped out, I was informed that it would be $75/hour with a minimum of 2 hours but that Graham felt confident that 2 hrs would be sufficient to get the job done. I think the 6weeks they had to do the job should have been sufficient to get the job done. Then it was time for the album to be finished, he took 3 extra weeks on top of the 3 months that it was originally supposed to take. Not to mention the threatening phone calls, of Graham constantly reminding me that I am not the only bride he is dealing with. He reminded me that I was selfish in wanting him to call all his other brides and tell them that I want my stuff now, so I they will have to wait. I don't think that this is professional. When I am paying ANYONE thousands of dollars, yes, I am expecting to be treated in a timely, respectful manner. As far as the pictures are concerned, they were good... they weren't anything that my aunt couldn't have done, with the exception of a few artistic pictures of people dancing. I cried when I saw them, because I was upset that I couldn't see faces and saw a lot of dark spots in the pictures. My dad ended up photo shopping a lot of the pictures and spent more money to get another album made.
If you want an honest, professional, artistic photographer... Crown Photographic is not for you! I'm sorry.

I must agree with tigerlady and concur with her assessment. There was no confusion on the package purchased. There were several misleading and outright falsehoods presented in regards to the delivery of the final package/product. The quality of the pictures was "meets expectations". However, editing by the purchaser was done to provide higher quality artistic value.

Crown Photographic did an amazing job on my engagement, bridal and wedding pictures. My husband and I are using them again on our 1 year anniversary for a Trash the Dress session. I would highly recommend Crown Photographic to anyone looking for a professional, flexible, easy going, reasonable photographer.

They provided exceptional service and were very professional yet very attuned to my personal wants for certain pictures. I am able to look at my pictures and it brings me right back to my wedding day. Also, when I interviewed other photographers, they all had a time limit as to how much time they could spend with us on our wedding day. Graham and Brenda had no time limit and made me feel as relaxed as possible. I definitely recommend them and will always call them anytime I need a photographer. Jennifer & Kyle Mccullough

Incredible people to work with! Graham's attention to detail was great. The photo shoots were so relaxing that we never realized what was going into each picture until we saw the finished results. We had so many pics to choose from!
