I purposly ordered my dress far, far ahead of time remembering how many fittings my mother would do for my prom dresses. I was in and out of those dresses at least twice a day until they were perfect and there was no way I could take it off without another woman. Anyway, my dress was not pressed until that morning. So I started the day on a wild goose chase. They also did a final fitting that morning. The fitting basically sucked and they left a part of the dress gabbed very badly - the lace down refused to behave and it looked like I slept in the damn dress. I would not even let these people mow my lawn let alone do another dress for me ever. My converse all stars and I should have gone simple. But when you fall in love with a black and white wedding dress and drop $1,000 on it - it better not be all bunched up!
