I used a limousine for an exit from the hotel to the reception and was very pleased. They showed up extra early and gave us a scenic drive down Turtle Creek before dropping us off at our hotel. They even picked us up the next morning to take us to the airport!

I used a Hummer for my bachlorette party. It arrived early, had sodas, water, glasses and a surround sound stereo that really rocked... The driver was professional but fun and knew his way around. Will use again.

I strongly recommend not using this company!!! They fell through on my wedding day and on my trash the dress session (which was to make up for the wedding day catastophe)! I found out 4 hours before the wedding that I was not going to get the car I had rented and the one they were offering me was not comparable AT ALL and I found out 1 hour before my trash the dress session that they were not coming. Well at least they didn't stand me up like they have done to others.
After hiring this company, I had a difficult time getting a hold of them and somehow I came upon some reviews for the company. Several people had no shows and other things happen to them on their wedding day and they were urging people not to go with this company. My finance (at the time) said we should stick with them since they were great at my bachelorette party (although the hummer was not what they said it would be). Well I wish I had listened to those reviews and gone with my gut instinct. Do not use this company. There is nothing professional about them. Almost two months has passed since my wedding and I am still waiting on my refund check. So much for having photos of me leaving with my husband in our car we rented.
Their website claims that Rebecca Harris is on site during the event, not the case at all.
Out of all my vendors this was the only one that gave me any trouble!

I had an great experience doining business with Blue Diamond Limousines. I booked them on very short notice, all of our communication was in writing via email. They disclosed all cost with no hidden fees. They were puctual, professional and sharp. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking this type of service. the car was also clean and different.

I booked the Rolls Royce vintage car to pick my bride and I up and transport us from the reception to our hotel on our wedding day (June 27, 2009).
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, Blue Diamond calls to say the Rolls Royce is in the shop and will not be available. They offerred to send a strech limo in its place, but our Wedding Coordinator was able to find another vendor with a vintage car available, soi we went with the other vendor. Blue Diamond assured me that my $200 deposit would be refunded.
Three months later, after multiple phone calls and e-mails, my deposit has not been refunded. Every phone call goes to voice mail and has never been returned. These people are irresponsible, not reliable, and downright dishonest. STAY AWAY!! There are much better vendors out there.

Beautiful Rolls!! we did two 'transfers'. First before the ceremony to the Las Colinas Canals for pictures and back to the venue, then they returned to take us to the hotel after the reception. Arrived on Time and everything was great!

We booked the Rolls for our wedding in March and we were very pleased with the service. We wanted something other than a limo. The Rolls was a class act . They even rolled out the red carpet. The car was very clean and the interior matched the bridesmaids dresses. Jimmy and Rebecca were very easy to work with. The photos turned out great!!! The wedding horn was a nice touch. We will definitely use Blue Diamond Limousines again for our Christmas light tour. Excellent service!!!

Blue Diamond was very accommodating to our requests. We arranged for a limo to take me and my bridesmaids to our beauty appointment and then to our location (an hour away) and then a town car to pick the groom and I up at the end of the evening. The limo driver was pleasant and very helpful, and we enjoyed ourselves. The town car even waited without question while we delayed to take just a couple more pictures at our location. This was all during Prom season so the rates were a little higher, but they were still the best value for the combination of vehicles that we could find. Often if I called there was no answer and I left a voicemail, but they were always returned promptly.

I would not recommend this company!! The only thing good that this company did was they actually showed up. After that they got lost going from the hotel downtown to the cermony location which was only 10 minutes away. You would think since I booked the company about 4 months before the wedding they would have figured out where they were going before the day of my wedding, but they didn't. Also, it took forever to get in contact with the wedding coordinator after we booked the limos. She then called the week of the wedding to get the details, after my fiance and I tried to call her at least once a day for several weeks. I wish I would have known what I do now - I would have never booked this company. They were not cheap and it seems that all of their drivers needed a navigation system.
