We were booked with another company only later to find out that they lost our resorvations and later find out that this is not the first time this has happened. Blue diamond was there for us and bailed us out bigtime on our wedding day.The Rolls was much cleaner than the original car we looked at. I would highly recomend this company !!!!!

This company is difficult to get a hold of after you have paid your deposit. At one point it took me multiple emails and phone calls over 2 weeks time to get a response, and I was trying to pay off my remaining balance and confirm the time the car was suppose to show up and where to show up at. This company is difficult to deal with. I will admit that they did show up to my wedding reception on time and with the correct car. It was a Rolls Royce and it looked amazing. The driver was very professional and courteous and we enjoyed riding away from our wedding in a '63 Rolls Royce!! I would be hesitant to work with this company again as I felt it was unorganized and had poor response time to any attempt to get a hold of the company.

The Rolls Blue Diamond provided was clean and stylish. My husband said he had looked for a vintage car but some of the companies he found were on an illegal list thru the City of Dallas. We called the Department of Transportation and The City of Dallas confirmed Blue Diamond was licensed and permitted. The driver was very courteous. It was a very exciting day on my daughter's wedding day, and the Rolls was early and waited until my daughter and husband was ready. My husband and daughter rode in the Rolls to the Country Club and then the Rolls stayed on location to take the bride and groom to the hotel. Even tho we just booked the car for two transfers, Blue Diamond stayed on location the entire time. That's what I like to see -- a company willing to work with the family and give you a little extra on the biggest day of your life. My husband and I will be forever grateful for the memories of riding in a surperb vehicle and being given excellent service. We are still waiting on the photos and can't wait to see the pictures. The driver drove the bride and groom around before dropping them at their hotel. This is a great service and highly recommended.

I used Blue Diamond and they did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional. We tried to book with another company but they never returned our call. After doing some research we are glad we chose this service. It was a class act and made our wedding day more than we could ever ask for.

Although Blue Diamond was responsive and helpful with setting up how the transportation would work, the execution was so very poor and upsetting. To make a long story short, they failed to take the guests they brought to the church back to the reception in the proper limo and instead gave them the wedding party's limo (we'd wanted a hummer so we could all spend that time together to celebrate on the way to the reception).

As a result, the wedding party had to split up into many groups in multiple vehicles, including myself and my groom. This was a huge nightmare for me as the limo ride would have been the only time for us to toast the ceremony and spend time together before the reception. (My father bought a special bottle of wine for this.) They knew timing was of the essence in getting us to the reception as well but failed to execute the plan as discussed. I received no note apologizing, no explanation, no professional courtesies of any sort.

In addition, in the middle of June!, there was not even sufficient A/C in the limo that they gave to the wrong people. There was also no ipod connection andtheir CD player didnt work. Very disappointing overall! For having a certified wedding planner there, I was also disappointed in her not being able to handle things well enough to keep the bride and groom in good spirits, and also in the lack of a follow up explanation to me for sorely messing that up for us.

RESPONSE:
The bride was offered a minibus but she did not want to pay the expense and said she only had 8 people. The bride hired a limousine to take 8 people to take to the church and to leave church by 6:20 to take to reception. The wedding coordinator the bride had hired promised to let limousine company know if there were going to be more people and promised to have someone at the hotel to coordinate. Neither was done. This was a one way transfer at $180.00. Limo company had told the bride if they could be in the limo by 6:20 would take the to the reception and not charge an additional fee. The bride stated they would be out by 6:20. The bride did not hire the limousine to stay on location after 6:20.
Instead of 8 people there were 16 people and they did not come out of the church until 7:10. The wedding coordinator bride had hired kept promising everyone would be out any minute. When 16 people came out they were sent in the hummer and the wedding coordinator bride had hired said they could come back and take the bride and groom. It was a 10 minute ride to the reception site. In the meantime, the bride and groom decided to take seperate cars. A towncar did carry some of the people to the reception site and this was complimentary to the bride and groom.
There was no champagne given to the limo company for the bride and groom. At the end of the night the bride paid for a one way transfer in the limo to take them to the hotel from reception site. The limo company provided complimentary a hummer which took one load and a complimentary town car which took 2 trips to take everyone back to the hotel. There were no complaints that night or afternoon about the ac in the hummer. The CD player did work and they knew the hummer did not have an ipod when reserved.

I used a limo for New Years Eve and it was great!! Best price in town. The driver was fun and the limo rocked...

Blue Diamond Limousines of Texas has never had a no show and has won a lot of awards for professionalism and dependability. Blue Diamond Limousines of Texas is licensed and permitted thru the City of Dallas and has a contract that the bride signs at the time of making a reservation that states the terms and conditions of the wedding date. Blue Diamond Limousines of Texas is used by the top wedding professionals in the City of Dallas and is seen throughout the metroplex as having the best service amongst the transportation industry. Blue Diamond Limousines of Texas has the most dependable vehicles in town and does not have any hidden fees or administrative fees. Their reputation can be validated by checking with The City of Dallas Transportation Department. Rebecca Harris is only on location when she is hired to be and that is included in the contract.

I strongly recommend not using this company!!! They fell through on my wedding day and on my trash the dress session (which was to make up for the wedding day catastophe)! I found out 4 hours before the wedding that I was not going to get the car I had rented and the one they were offering me was not comparable AT ALL and I found out 1 hour before my trash the dress session that they were not coming. Well at least they didn't stand me up like they have done to others.

After hiring this company, I had a difficult time getting a hold of them and somehow I came upon some reviews for the company. Several people had no shows and other things happen to them on their wedding day and they were urging people not to go with this company. My finance (at the time) said we should stick with them since they were great at my bachelorette party (although the hummer was not what they said it would be). Well I wish I had listened to those reviews and gone with my gut instinct. Do not use this company. There is nothing professional about them. Almost two months has passed since my wedding and I am still waiting on my refund check. So much for having photos of me leaving with my husband in our car we rented.


Their website claims that Rebecca Harris is on site during the event, not the case at all.

I had an great experience doining business with Blue Diamond Limousines. I booked them on very short notice, all of our communication was in writing via email. They disclosed all cost with no hidden fees. They were puctual, professional and sharp. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking this type of service. the car was also clean and different.

I booked the Rolls Royce vintage car to pick my bride and I up and transport us from the reception to our hotel on our wedding day (June 27, 2009).

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, Blue Diamond calls to say the Rolls Royce is in the shop and will not be available. They offerred to send a strech limo in its place, but our Wedding Coordinator was able to find another vendor with a vintage car available, soi we went with the other vendor. Blue Diamond assured me that my $200 deposit would be refunded.

Three months later, after multiple phone calls and e-mails, my deposit has not been refunded. Every phone call goes to voice mail and has never been returned. These people are irresponsible, not reliable, and downright dishonest. STAY AWAY!! There are much better vendors out there.

Beautiful Rolls!! we did two 'transfers'. First before the ceremony to the Las Colinas Canals for pictures and back to the venue, then they returned to take us to the hotel after the reception. Arrived on Time and everything was great!

We booked the Rolls for our wedding in March and we were very pleased with the service. We wanted something other than a limo. The Rolls was a class act . They even rolled out the red carpet. The car was very clean and the interior matched the bridesmaids dresses. Jimmy and Rebecca were very easy to work with. The photos turned out great!!! The wedding horn was a nice touch. We will definitely use Blue Diamond Limousines again for our Christmas light tour. Excellent service!!!
