Billie is fantastic. She was accomodating, on time, and very friendly. We found her though our wedding and reception site. Because the location was remote, we wanted to find someone local to eliminate the transportaion risk and cost. They said she had done several weddings there and that everyone was pleased with her work. That is an understatement. We LOVED her work. The cake was delicious and beautiful. During the planning, she was very responsive to our emails and, on the day of the wedding, she made the whole display look gorgeous. The cake was our favorite part of the entire wedding.
