Wedding Photography in Ventura

Not enough words in the world to encompass how authentic, pure and sweet our shoot with Chris and Carly was. They were both so warm and easy to be in such an intimate space with and it was truly so easy and comfortable to have them in on our home capturing our life so closely and emotionally. What a gift it is to get such precious documented memories like this - my wife and I never seem to get photos of the two of us and getting to have photos of the first months in our new home and new life together was so truly so special. i am so grateful.

I am so impressed with the care and finesse Elizabeth puts in her Santa Barbara wedding photography - and the joy she takes in it. She showed impressive initiative to fine-tune our "Whimsical Spring Wedding Showcase," held at Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Congregation, jumping right in to help with the "props" in the Outdoor Sanctuary. Elizabeth made the guests feel at ease as she effortlessly moved captured key moments and angles of the event with attention to detail. Her professionalism and personal warmth spelled success at our wedding showcase. Elizabeth Victoria is delightful as is her photography, and hope to work with her again at weddings at Live Oak's event venue!

Aside from getting married, getting to work with Geoff and Lyndsi was the best decision we could ever make for our wedding. From the moment we first met them over Zoom, we knew they were the perfect fit for us — not just in what we wanted for our wedding photography but in who we wanted beside us during our entire engagement/wedding journey. Geoff and Lyndsi aren’t just the professional photographers you want to capture your special day, they’re the friends you want beside you during the most special moments. They are so incredibly warm, encouraging, and supportive. Their positive energy is infectious, which is just what you want when you feel like you’re losing steam after taking so many photos! Whether or not they’ve shot at your venue, Geoff and Lyndsi’s extensive experience in the industry is super helpful when it comes to planning all the logistics that go into creating a photo schedule, seamlessly juggling a shot list, and scouting locations to capture portraits. They’ve perfected the right mix of being present to hype you up and remind you to take it all in, with staying out of view to snap the most beautiful candid moments. And they go above and beyond to help — with Geoff helping pin boutonnieres on our groomsmen, to Lyndsi helping my bridesmaids understand how the bustle on my dress works. Our family and wedding party couldn’t stop complimenting how wonderful they were! My husband and I were still on our honeymoon when the sneak peek photos were sent to us. We were beyond impressed by the speed with which they were delivered, but also were blown away by the quality and amount we were given! To start, Geoff and Lyndsi are immensely talented in what they do. They take your ideas/inspo into consideration but have the ability to enhance the quality into something that exceeds your wildest expectations. There is not a moment that goes missed: from beautiful landscapes and detail shots, to meaningful candid moments and the most gorgeous portraits. The only problem is trying to narrow down which photos to frame because there are truly so many perfect ones! I cannot stress enough how important it is to prioritize good photography as part of your wedding budget. Guests will forget about your cake flavor or table numbers — but the photos are one of the only things that will last a lifetime and can be passed on for generations. It’s an important decision and you can’t go wrong with entrusting Geoff and Lyndsi to capture your special day. Geoff and Lyndsi, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much.

We are so happy we chose Teri to photograph our wedding! She did an amazing job making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She has a great understanding of light in photos and is skilled in capturing the details, candid moments, and getting stunning backdrops while still ensuring that the subjects are the main focus. She was very responsive. We will be recommending Teri to our friends and family and we are so fortunate to have worked with her!

Pam and Tom are both great. Their pictures are amazing and they put their hard work into it making sure they are both beautiful and fun. We look forward to having more pictures done by them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Daniel was absolutely great at the wedding, he took what could have been a major disaster (My family) and made it fun. The pictures are by far beyond my expectations there were twice as many proofs as I expected and he captured this one moment during the ceremony that was just so beautiful it made me cry. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Oliver and staff were amazing! Very professional and respectful of the intimacy of the wedding. They captured the day for memberable remembrances. The pictures are just beautiful! A bit of background. Hubby and I’s original venue was in the middle of a CA forest fire, causing us to have to relocate a week before we said I DO. With all this stress of that we had to move all our vendors. Nessa was amazing throughout, she showed up promptly the day of with an assistant and made Hubby and I so comfortable. I haven’t seen the sneak peeks or the final product, but I’ll update the review when I have!

Matt did an exceptional job at our wedding. His photos are very natural, creative, and perfectly reflect the mood of the event. He got all the shots we asked for and was able to capture some very special moments. One of the reasons we hired him is because he shoots on film, then transfers to digital. Everything looks so much better that way. He was very patient and went with the flow of the day, always in the right place and never in the way. His experience really shows in our final product. We are so happy we found Matt and could not be happier with the photos.

Leah and Issac did an absolutely job taking both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. We look so gorgeous in the pictures that it's hard to believe it is us! The photographs are works of art. They are beautifully composed with beautiful lighting. We bought a digital picture frame to display our engagement photos and whenever people see them we get so many compliments on them. Leah and Issac were so kind and worked with us when we had to postpone our wedding twice. Our our wedding day they did a great job of posing us in a way that resulted in great shots but didn't feel too artificial. They were also great at handling the chaos of the family formal even with my less than clear instructions and my massive side of the family that was about ~3/4ths of the guest list. The listened to us when we needed a break and took absolutely sunning dynamic candids at our wedding reception.
