 Who will video my wedding?

We have close friendships and working relationships with all of our videographers, and we stand behind the promise that they represent the highest level of professionalism and quality. All videographers on our staff are highly trained in our methods of videography, hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, are well-groomed and poised, and represent the highest quality in video production.


What is your approach to filming our event?

You are the main focus of the day, not us. We are as discreet as possible, making it our aim to stay out of your way. Many of our previous clients forget that we are even there.

What will you wear?

Traditionally we will wear dark pants and a dark shirt to blend in with the surroundings. However, if you have a specific dress code, we would be happy to dress according to that.

What kind of lighting will you use?

We will use very low wattage lighting on our camera during low-lit receptions. Like our video style, we try to keep our lighting as inconspicuous as possible.

Who will edit my wedding?

Alex Karas is the company’s key editor and owner of Voila Cinematic. He has over 10 years of training with some of the nation’s top networks.

What kind of equipment do you use?

All of our equipment is state of the art. We continuously update our equipment to keep our product as contemporary as possible.

Do you have backup Equipment?

Yes! We bring back up equipment to every special event.

Will we be able to hear our vows?

Absolutely! We will provide the groom with a very small wireless microphone that will clearly pick up the vows by both the bride and groom and will not be seen by guests.

How long before will it take to receive our wedding video?

You will receive your final product in 4-8 weeks.

Can I have input on the final product?

Of course! This film is a gift to you. Voila Cinematic welcomes as much input as you would like to give us.

Do you accept credit cards?

All major credit cards are accepted with a 2% service charge.

Are there additional travel charges?

Our office is located in Tampa. We will happily travel within 150 miles of our Tampa office before travel mileage is added.There is an added expense for lodging once we have traveled 250 miles away from our Tampa and our Boca Raton office.

May I divide up the package hours as I see fit?
You may tell us what time you would like us to begin fliming. Once the time has begun, your package hours have started. We do not break up package hours over the period of an entire day.
