Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
We have an office location, but we typically discuss planning at a convenient location near the client.
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We are very flexible with your needs: we offer 1-3 cameras, a steady camera, camera crane, special effects, 2D/3D titles and slide shows.
Describe any special editing services you offer:
We offer prompt editing. Within 30 days after the wedding we will have the rough cut ready for reviewing and revising.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We have an arsenal of lights, from an low as 300watts, to 1000watts. All of which are included in any wedding video package.
How many videographers do you work with?
Normally about 1 to 3.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Appointments can be arranged at any time to discuss planning.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Of course. We will be the first ones there and the last to leave the event. Unless told otherwise.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Cameras, lights (if needed), tools, power cables, etc.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
On a regular shoot, the meal time is used as a break.
Do you charge overtime?
Not unless the wedding goes 2 hours beyond the original plans.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes the raw footage is available if requested.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
With the consent of the client we will use certain shoots for the advancement of our company.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Yes, we discuss your general vision for the video prior to the wedding. After the rough cut is made, any changes to music and the editing is made then.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
30 days for the rough cut. After the changes are requested, an additional 7 days is required for the final cut.
