Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Philadelphia

The Crystal Tea Room (CTR) was amazing and Finley Catering knows how to run and host an event! We had been to a couple of events at the CTR so we thought we knew what to expect when we toured, but touring it ourselves we realized just how beautiful the space is. After taking the elevators up, everything is on one level which made it very accessible for our guests and there was plenty of space for all of our guests (252), during cocktail hour too. We got married on 1/2/2026 and the wintery/cozy vibes were perfect in the atrium during cocktail hour as the sun had already set. All of Finley’s staff was there to help from the planning coordinators to the day-of coordinators. They have run so many events, so everything ran smoothly and all of our questions were answered promptly and they eased all our nerves during all our planning meetings. Lots of our guests are from Philly originally, so they were thrilled to hear our wedding was at the CTR and it did not disappoint! Our guests are still talking about it! Our ceremony was on site and it was beautifully setup; cocktail hour food and drinks were amazing; specialty cocktails were perfect and we were able to get exactly what we wanted; dinner was perfect (ate quickly to get back to the dance floor!); dessert was delicious and Master’s Baker made an incredible cake. Finley gave us the top of the cake to take home the next day which was wonderful too. We had our after party at the CTR as well and it was a great time with DJ, more food, and drinks included! Our budget was met too which was great. All in all 100/10, we cannot recommend Finley Catering and the Crystal Tea Room enough. It truly was a perfect evening!

The Presidential checks off all of the boxes to make your day one of the most enjoyable life time experience and memory. The owner and family as well as staff were all professional as well as personable. Looking forward to many events at the Presidential in the future.

Pomme was the perfect place for our small winter wedding. From the very first time we visited, we knew it was special. It is the CUTEST venue set back into the woods, and it felt like the perfect place for us. We loved the "woodsy chic" vibe. Some of my favorite things about Pomme: -The tasting was a full-on event. We got to see the ballroom all done up like a real reception, and were served some of the most delicious food. -The planning was on point. We were given a planning document, and Grace (our coordinator) helped walk us through it step by step. She asked key questions I would never have thought of, and reminded us of important deadlines as they approached. -Every member of the team at Pomme was professional and helpful. We had people checking in with us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. Grace was there to guide us through each part of the day, and we didn't have to worry about anything. -The food was amazing. So many of our guests told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. All that said, I would 100% recommend Pomme for anyone's wedding. You will have an amazing experience. MEI did a wonderful job on our wedding. The food was amazing. Nick is very straightforward and was very reasonable (probably even generous) with all of our COVID changes, from a wedding that originally supposed to be in 2020 to it finally happening, at a different location, in 2022. We went with the Grand Buffet package which included 4 and 1/2 hour open bar, 1 hour cocktail hour with butlered hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, a Buffet Dinner with our choice of five hot entrees from a menu that included options I would not expect at that price point, two hot vegetables and three salads, a tiered wedding cake, champagne toast for all guests, china, silverware, linen covers and napkins, chair covers and sashes, and a deejay (though we decided to go with a live band), centerpieces, and staff. The package is incredibly competitively priced. Something to note is that Nick strongly prefers to communicate over the phone rather than by email and often replied to my emails asking that we call instead. As a very introverted millennial with a weird work schedule, I found this challenging at points, but it is well worth the slight discomfort to work with such a great caterer. I would highly recommend choosing MEI for any of your catering needs, especially for your wedding.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Belle of Blue Bell! From the moment we toured the venue with Ruth, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. Ashley, our Event Coordinator, was incredibly patient and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She kept us informed, answered all our questions, and helped us feel confident and prepared going into our wedding weekend. On the day of, Karen, the Club Manager at Blue Bell Country Club, was absolutely AMAZING. She managed everything so seamlessly. Her attention to detail made the whole day feel smooth and stress-free. Karen’s team were also incredible and kept our bridal party on track, always there when we needed something. The Belle itself is a gorgeous venue. Even with the cold and rainy weather, having everything indoors (ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception) worked out perfectly. The space was beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. Guests raved about the dinner, the variety of food at cocktail hour, and the desserts— especially the mini ice cream cones. We’re so thankful for the entire team at The Belle and would recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I got married at the Ivy at Ellis Preserve on March 13th of this year, and it was quite literally the best day of our lives. Wedding planning was not a strong suite of mine but our coordinator, Megan, was so incredibly helpful along the way with every decision. She was prompt in answering my many questions and is just all around a lovely person to work with. Our Maitre D, Mike, who we worked with on final details, our rehearsal, and on the wedding day, made sure that all out details were ironed out and any last-minute questions answered. Every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond for us, were so kind, and made the day that much more enjoyable. I cannot recommend the Ivy or the folks at Finley Catering enough. Thank you guys!!!!

Where do I even start? Terrain was absolutely the correct choice for our venue. Every single aspect was perfect. From our first tour, we felt special and the staff was attentive. The tasting was beautifully curated - delicious meals to try, beautiful ambiance in the venue, and a live musician. Our event manage, Olivia, was fabulous. She was kind, patient, and clearly was a professional. She was made everything easy, which is how you want it to be. One of the reasons that I picked Terrain is that the space is BEAUTIFUL! I honestly didn't need many decorations and guests raved about how beautiful the space was. Literally all night - every single person said, "This place is amazing. The set-up just makes sense and it was made for weddings." Unfortunately a guest experienced a medical emergency at our reception and the Terrain staff was cool, calm, and collected. It couldn't have gone smoother and I 100% trusted them. Fernanda, our wedding attendant, was a lifesaver. She checked in all night, making sure I had food, got water, made sure guests were comfortable, and that I had anything I needed. Honestly, I cannot rave enough about Terrain. They know what they are doing and helped make my wedding the best day of my life.

Planning was made easy, food was second to none, day of service was incredible.
