The Rusty Pelican is nestled on Rocky Point over looking the Tampa Bay. From our floor to ceiling windows you and your guest will have a spectacular view of the Howard Franklin Bridge, Downtown Tampa, and the legendary sunset. The Rusty Pelican is frequently visit by a local pod of dolphins, jumping fish, and other sea life!
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Each banquet room has a food and beverage minimum that must be spent to occupy the room. The minimums vary according to the size of the room and the night of the week. We do not have a room rental fee. Please inquire with a catering sales manger for more details.
Do you offer any special services?
The Rusty Pelican offers bay side ceremonies in our outdoor gazebo, day of coordinating, and an indoor rain plan.

We offer a rehearsal the night before and provide white folding garden chairs for the ceremony. Our staff will set them up and take them down.. We also offer an indoor ?rain plan?.

1 server per 25 guests in addition to a Banquet Captain and bartenders.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
The Rusty Pelican has a preferred vendor list to assist you in finding quality vendors, but you may bring in other vendors who are not on the list.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
You may bring your on entertainment at no additional charge.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We offer a cocktail room with The Grand Ballroom and Pelican Room at no additional charge.

All banquet rooms have the capability of providing most DJ's and Bands the required power for standard equipment.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Your Catering Manager will place your decorations at no charge. For this service you must bring your goodies the day before the event and have them ?Table Ready?. Please unwrap disposable cameras, remove all price tags and labels from glassware, favors, guest books, cake cutters, candles, vases, etc.

We offer 200 parking spaces on premise 7 days per week and an additional 500 parking spaces evenings and weekends in our parking garage adjacent to the property. We also offer self parking or free valet.
