Alessi Bakery is all around fantastic! They were on top of everything and always communicated with us and were very helpful from start to finish. We wound up with a 3 tier lemon cake with a raspberry preserve filling and a buttercream frosting. Our guests raved about our cake! It truly was the best we’ve ever had - and we’re incredibly picky when it comes to food, especially dessert. It was a part of our special day we’ll always remember and we can’t wait to go back for our anniversary to order a small version of it!

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding cake from Alessi's Bakery! We gave them an inspiration picture, and they absolutely nailed it! It was almost too beautiful to eat! But the real highlight was the flavor. We chose lavender, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how unique and delicious it was. On 10/5/2024, my wife and I were united in marriage at the DoubleTree by Hilton.

From the time I was little (the husband), me and my siblings used to frequent Alessi's bakery for treats and pastries with our mother.

For our wedding we were looking for a very particular themed gamer cake that was specific and each tier of the cake was a different flavor. I recommended Alessi's out of the different bakeries in the area, and I am glad we went with them. We had chocolate, coconut with pineapple filling, and carrot cake. Two of our cakes wer galaxy themed along with our main cake being a variant between purple to white. With the cake toppers, our vision for the cake came to life.

The wedding cake staff were very professional and greeted us with an assortment of flavored cakes and fillings they had to offer. Given the history of Alessi's, we both knew we were in good hands. They managed to capture our vision for the cakes and deliver on flavor.

If you want a beautiful and delicious wedding cake, then we highly recommend Alessi's bakery.

The cake was amazing We booked with Alessi bakery through our wedding venue Cross Creek Ranch . The cake was amazing our guests loved it and we would strongly recommend them to anyone who asked . Unfortunately our wedding pictures are not back so we only have a guest photo .

We absolutely loved Alessi! We ended up doing a small wedding cake that served maybe 6-7 people and we had a dessert table with mini cupcakes, cake pops, doughnuts, regular size cupcakes and cheesecake bites. You definitely will get more bang for your buck by going with the mini desserts! Everything was so delicious! Our guests haven’t stopped raving about our desserts. My maid of honor even went and got a Tupperware the next day so she could take her desserts on the plane with her! Our wedding cake was strawberry with cream cheese filling and buttercream icing on the outside. Let me tell you that cake was amazing!! It was so moist and not overly sweet. We even had some the following day and it was just as good! Another hit with the guests was the mini cupcakes with lemon blueberry mousse. Outstanding!!! You want be disappointed with Alessi!

Alessi Bakery went above and beyond! Everyone was blown away by the cake and even the other vendors said it was the most beautiful cake they had ever seen. Not only was it beautiful it was so delicious. The cream cheese filling was so good it tasted like cheesecake. On top of the beautiful cake, all the assorted desserts that we requested were AMAZING and perfect! The cake and assorted desserts made the wedding and im pretty sure we had a few guests almost cry when we cut the cake. It was too pretty to cut. I would 100% recommend Alessi Bakery to everyone!

Wild flowers were a theme for our wedding and Melissa made us a gorgeous floral cake. We got so many compliments on it from both guests and our vendors! We also had small plate desserts and they were so tasty. Our favorite was the chocolate chip cookies. We were thrilled with Alessi and would rec them to anyone :D
