Endorsements
Nicole with The Left Handed Calligrapher is truly talented and her work is amazing! Top Dallas/Fort Worth wedding professionals think so, too! She was recently hand selected to be THE Calligrapher for a huge event featuring Preston Bailey at The Cresent! She is fun, bubbly, always excited to take on a new project and someone who really loves what she does. We keep a book of her designs at Circle Park and recommend her to our brides inquiring about calligrapher. You will love working with her...we do!

Additional Questions and Answers
Do you address by hand or computer?
All of my work is done by my hands alone.  Each piece is custom to my client and their needs because of this.

How many different lettering styles do you offer?
Right now I offer 15 styles of lettering in addition to custom matching the font you might have already picked out.

Can you match the ink color to the color of my preprinted invitations?
Absolutely!  I encourage color usage for a unified look for the entire stationary suite.

Will you write on dark colored paper?
Sure, no paper is to dark or heavy for me to write on (unlike those little ink jet printers!)

What else do you do besides envelope addressing?
For weddings I can do what you ask me to do: placecards, escort cards, invitation design, menus, programs, belly bands, favor tags, table numbers, table names, seating charts, making your vows artwork, poems, monograms and more.

Do you do rush orders?
I try my best to fit your time frame into my schedule.  Rush orders are welcome.

Tips and Advice
Things to Remember:
Invitations are to mailed out 6-8 weeks before the wedding date... so contract your calligrapher (me) early to secure your date for a timely delivery.

If you really want calligraphy but think it is out of your budget, try just contracting for your immediate family and special attendees to keep with in your budget.
Another option is to go with a monoline style rather than a dip pen technique.  You can also cut out the inner envelope for a lower calligraphy cost (and invitation/postage cost!).
