Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture?
The view of our ballroom overlooks our 18th green and Lake Eaglebrooke. The walls are a faux fininsh in golds and light browns.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Our charges are usually per person.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
If also booking the rehearsal dinner with us, we do not charge a room fee.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We have a lattice arch on site and qanything else is rented from a local company.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We do provide rentals.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
For a plated meals we have 1 server for 20 guests and buffet is 1 per 25 guests. This does not include any bartenders that may be needed. Appetizer parties depend on type of menu.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Brides may select any vendor they choose. We do have a preferred vendor list of people who have been here many times and do a fantastic job.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
There is no fee for bringing in outside musicians.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
I have other rooms for any occassion.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
The only outside alcohol we allow is specialty champagne or wine at a corkage fee of $10 per bottle plus tax and gratuity.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
12 in the ballroom
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
If using candles, they must have something to catch the wax.
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
We allow pictures by the golf course (but not on the greens). No other restrictions.
What restrictions (if any) on videography?
No restrictions on videography.
What restrictions (if any) on music?
We don't have limits on music. We are a residental area, so we close at midnight.

We have a no demin policy.

We have to be considerate of our neighbors, but we have not had any complaints in the past.
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?
We are a public location.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
We usually do not have more than one wedding at a time, but we do sometimes have more than one event at a time.
Do you offer security, if requested?
We do not have security. You would have to seek that from the local law enforcement office.
What is your dress code?
we are a country club and have a no demin policy. For private events, that is the discretion of the client.
Can you provide a coat check?
We do not have a coat check.
Describe your bathroom facilities:
In our banquet facility, the men's room has 2 stalls (one handicap) and 2 urinals with 3 sinks. The ladies room has 3 stalls (one handicap)and 3 sinks.
Describe your parking facilities:
We have parking comfortable for 200 and a place for street side parking.
