I'm Tricia Gale and I've been baking for 28 years now. Some of you might remember me as a news reporter for NBC. And even during those years I still continued to bake and make great desserts. Oh sure, I interviewed Arnold Schwarzenegger, John Glenn and Ted Turner to name a few, but can they compare to chocolate??!!
