We ordered a wedding cake and many other desserts for our special day. Everything turned out amazing and our guest complimented the design and taste of everything. Highly recommend

Our whole experience was great! The cake was beautiful and everyone said the vanilla bean flavor was the best they ever had. We would recommend and will be using this bakery again in the future!! Thanks for making the day even better for my son and daughter in law!!

We absolutely LOVED frank and his team for our wedding!
We ordered a cake, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops and mini piñatas for our flower girls/ring bearer.
Everything was a hit and we had NOTHING left filled with complements all night- our guests are still talking about our delicious desserts.
We loved them so much we booked them for our son and daughters birthday party. I HIGHLY recommend them and also anything salted Caramel

Good cakes, bad management. The cakes are delicious, but I really should've gone with another vendor. Vendors are supposed to help take away from the stress of the day, not add to it, but that is exactly what this vendor did. He gave me a wrong meeting date and got annoyed with me for missing the day that he incorrectly told me to be there. Then 5 days before the wedding, I was at max stress and went to a spa and finally chilled out... Until I got to my locker afterward and saw a missed call from Sugar Rush and an email saying, "Call me as soon a possible." That is not an email you want to read as a stressed out bride less than a week before the wedding. I call him from the spa parking lot, and at first, he can't even remember why he contacted me. Then he finally realizes why he reached out, and it was because another wedding THAT HAD BOOKED AFTER ME had a last minute venue change and needed MY DELIVERY TIME. I had to blink and think, is this man really making someone else's problem, MY problem?? I did not need that days before my wedding and neither do you. Need my review and book with someone else!

Buyer beware —- these folks are not professionals and are frankly, unkind…. Very disappointed in not only the cake we received but the customer service. I ordered a $200+ two-tier cake for my daughter‘s birthday. While I was appreciative that they were able to give me a cake within a week notice the end product was disappointing. Not only was the cake nearly falling over after one hour out of the refrigerator, the icing was behind the writing of her name on the cake was a different dark color and looked botched. And frankly , the piping did not look professional. I could’ve overlooked the piping had everything else not been a disaster. When we took the top tier off, we found a support rod in the top tier and a support rod in the bottom tier but nothing that went through the entirety of the cake (see photos of the separate rods not connected and not going through both tiers) I emailed the business and they seemed apologetic and assured that they would call me to discuss and when they didn’t call me within a week I emailed again with no response. Today I called them to discuss it and they gave me a story that some child was in a hospital so that’s why they didn’t get back to me. That may have been the case, and of course, a very unfortunate situation, but it seemed as though they were trying to guilt me about their lack of communication instead of being accountable to anything. When I started discussing the issues what we had with the cake, they were very defensive. They told me that having dark splotches all over the icing was normal, even though it aesthetically ruined the cake, and as I was telling them about the lack of support in the cake to keep it from leaning, someone was in the background saying that oh I saw them put it through and the very rude gentleman on the phone told me “I don’t want call you a liar but…” I would never order a cake if I didn’t want pay the price for it so this wasn’t about getting money from them but a legitimate grievance to which they took no responsibility. In fact, they got defensive and extremely rude on the phone that I told them I could no longer engage in the conversation and ended the phone call because they were being nasty and I will not tolerate being spoken to like that and called a liar. As any mom would, I went to great lengths to organize a wonderful birthday party, and the cake was supposed to be the centerpiece, but this shop failed to deliver what they said they would with the cake, and also had a lack of politeness and customer service. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable cake shop that does professional work and provides basic customer service.
