We can convert your entire wedding DVD to fit on your iTouch or iPhone. Many other conversions are available!
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes, but never needed with the cameras we use.
How many videographers do you work with?
We work with many videographer, but all are in house.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Always
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Cameras, lights, microphones, extra batteries, tripod, monopods.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We have back-up equipment for every thing.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
The only break we take is during dinner. We do expect the client to provide a meal.
Do you charge overtime?
Our packages include Ceremony, Cocktail, and four hour Reception. All other time is charged per hour.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
If it is included in the package, the client can recieve the raw footage prior to editing is they choose.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
Yes
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
14 to 16 weeks, but most are done in less time.
