Do you have liability insurance?

Steve and Jessica offer a wide variety of techniques upon request.
How many photographers do you work with?
Steve and Jessica are the primary photographers and often have an assistant as well (they have several they work with). There is also another associate photographer who works with clients upon request.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Clients will always have the photographer present that they met with and booked with.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Steve and Jessica back each other up first and then have an extensive list of backup photographers starting with their associate photographer.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel fees do not apply within a 60 mile radius of Holland, MI. Outside of that radius travel fees are negotiable depending on the area.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs will be up online within 4 - 6 weeks of the event and are often posted much more quickly.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs initially go up online first and then couples receive a DVD of proof files.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Digital files can be purchased with printing rights.
