The Sportsmen’s Lodge Events Center is one of the most sought after venues in the San Fernando Valley/Los Angeles area with ten unique event rooms within one beautiful location. An artful blending of historic charm and updated flair proves that classics never go out of style.  Spread out over eight acres, this enchanting retreat combines century-old trees, bucolic gardens, romantic bridges, outdoor patios and elegant interior venues with views of the legendary ponds and waterways.

There are two heavenly outdoor ceremony sites. The Waterfall Gazebo overlooks the south pond and provides a picture-perfect moment as the bride crosses a wrought-iron bridge to join her groom and exchange vows against a woodsy backdrop of towering eucalyptus, redwoods and Monterey pines. The expansive Garden Gazebo at the back of the property is a huge plaza, lushly landscaped on both sides. A center aisle runs between two rows of mature trees for a very dramatic entry by the bridal party. Both sites include ample room for post-ceremony toasting—especially the Garden Gazebo, where the latticework bar faces a delightful scene of a blooming island in the nearby pond.

With over 35,000 square feet of event space, options abound when it comes to reception areas. There are ten of them, ranging from a cozy fireplace room for an intimate affair to spectacular, flowing spaces, several of which can be combined. The Cascade-Starlight-Waterfalls combination is the most requested and time honored venue. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a soothing tableau of fountains, a footbridge arching over a rose garden and water cascading over natural stone and moss. The Starlight Ballroom adds a touch of pizzazz with a raised stage and a step-down dance floor encircled by an ornate iron railing. If you dream of full-out glamour, then you’ll love the Empire-Regency Ballroom’s regal proportions, dazzling crystal-drop chandeliers, crown molding, curtained stage and built-in bar. The luxe atmosphere carries over into the adjacent Rear Lobby, an impressive grand foyer with a gracious, curving, two-story staircase—an absolute “must” for some great wedding photos.
