What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. If your purchase requires personalization, it will take up to 10 days to process depending on the item. The product description will provide additional information on production. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Also, at this time we do not ship outside the U.S. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, however we do not guarantee delivery times on these orders.
