With a background in art and more than 25 years in the entertainment industry working both in front of the camera and behind the scenes it’s no wonder Sherrie Long has spent the last 16 years of her career as a hair, makeup & effects artist with some of the top names in the business. Her specialty is print & commercial advertising, but has also contributed her talents to shows for The Discovery Channel, FOX, ABC, CBS Television, fashion shows for Donna Karen, Burberry, Armani & Nordstrom and stage performances with names like Dana Carvey and Jewel. Sherrie enjoys the challenge of creating three dimensional, clean, glowing makeups & hair styles customized to the individual.

Yes, there is a fee for trials.
 
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes, I travel to my clients for every appointment. I give the first 30 miles free. After 30 miles I charge 49 cents per mile.
 
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
Along with myself, I bring a team of very experienced artists. I can accommodate as many people as the bride wishes
 
How far in advance should clients book your services?
I book brides up to a year and a half prior to the date of their wedding. Though, some brides do not book so far in advance and are able to schedule appointments as early as a month before the wedding in off peak months.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
Generally a contract has been arranged between myself and the Bride. I require a $100 deposit to hold the date along with a written agreement. If the Bride changes her mind, deposits are non-refundable.
