Even this company is basked out of the west coast, I had a phenomenal experience with them. They used a graphic design software to show me what my engagement ring would look like stacked upon their wedding band. It was gorgeous but I was still hesitant buying it online. They offer free shipping and free returns so there’s no risk if you don’t like it!

Every time we went into Shane Co we had such wonderful experiences! The staff was always so helpful, even though I didn't really know what I wanted for my wedding band. My engagement ring was my grandmas so I found it so difficult to find a band that complimented the ring the way I wanted. Once I finally picked out the band I wanted, the team there was so great at explaining the process for what I should do with the rings before my wedding. I wanted to gets the bands tacked together, my engagement ring sized down and polished for the big day. I was only away from my rings for a couple days and the pickup went flawlessly. They have a great team :)

Love the Shane Co! I live in WA and have visited stores in OR and AZ. The customer service at both locations was second-to-none. The manager and a buyer in Tigard took so much time to help my fiancé and I find the perfect wedding set for me and wedding band for him. They service all of their jewelry for free and they have the most gorgeous rings at such reasonable prices. I am so happy with my engagement ring and matching band. I loved my experience of getting my rings from the Shane Co. No pressures or creepy sales tactics, unlike some other jewelers (**coughrhymeswithMaycough**). Plus, their selection is huge and the staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a lay-a-way plan if you want to make payments and in in-house jeweler, so the turnaround is super fast. Choosing a ring before you’re engaged is usually nerve wracking and awkward when you’re with your significant other. You don’t want to bully them into thinking about marriage, but you don’t want them to get you a ring you’ll hate if they’re thinking about doing so. We had talked about it, of course, and looked at pictures online of styles we liked, and even went into a jewelers to look at styles in person, but otherwise we were clueless on rings. After the proposal (which I honestly thought was a ways off- that was a shock to my system), he gushed about how great the guy he worked with at Shane Co was. I had never seen him so excited about shopping before, especially for shiny jewelry, so I knew this was a good place. AND MY RING IS STUNNING. He is a nerd to the umpteenth degree so for him to spend 6 hrs analyzing diamonds was his idea of fun, and the gentleman at Shane Co was so sweet to spend the day with my then fiancee.

We’ve all heard the commercials, but to see the store in person is nothing short of breathtaking. It’s a bit overwhelming to see so many people waiting to help you, but once you see how genuine they are, you can’t help but feel secure, knowing they are going to help you no matter how clueless you are (and I’ll admit I didn’t know a thing). From offering beverages to free ring cleanings and truly lifetime warranties, I never once had to worry about our rings being less than amazing quality. Every time I get my ring cleaned now, my gosh it sparkles so brilliantly, it puts both of us in a state of shock all over again. Be careful when driving ladies, your ring will make prisms on the ceiling of your car and you will get distracted- it’s that beautiful. I did get his ring here as well because everything was made so easy, there are endless options and if he trusted my ring with these folks, why would I go anywhere else.
