Rolling Green was Wonderful!

Married 9.9.2023. The wedding was absolutely wonderful! The food was great, service day of wedding was great, and Krystal did a ton to help personalize the day for us. They worked with our day-of facilitator (Holly from Sara Kathleen Events) to iron out the timeline (down to the minute!) and even allowed early access for some vendors. The outdoor areas were wonderful to capture some beautiful photos, and to have the ceremony! The staff were all great, from the guys driving us around on golf carts to Kate & Krystal who made it happen. The reception area was large and there was plenty of space for dancing. The cocktail area was a little small for 150 people, so you might want to plan to have it outside. But all-in-all that was the only hiccup and we'd highly recommend Rolling Green for your wedding!

The best venue and service!

They were so helpful in bringing our vision to life. They had an inventory of decorations, I told them what I envisioned the tables to look like and they took care of every detail. Cannot recommend them enough!!

A Truly Exceptional Event at Rolling Green Country Club!

From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was the right choice. The venue is stunning, with beautifully manicured lawns, gorgeous views of the golf course, and a peaceful, serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway.
The staff at Rolling Green were incredible—so welcoming and attentive to our every need. They took care of every detail, allowing us to enjoy the day without any stress. The event coordinator worked closely with us to ensure everything was exactly how we envisioned it, and the team was so accommodating with any last-minute changes.
The food was outstanding! We opted for a buffet-style meal, and the variety and quality were beyond our expectations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the dishes were, and the dessert table was a huge hit!
The indoor event space was elegant and spacious, with large windows that offered amazing views of the surrounding landscape. It created the perfect setting for our celebration, whether we were mingling, enjoying dinner, or dancing the night away.
Overall, our experience at Rolling Green Country Club was nothing short of spectacular. If you're looking for a beautiful, stress-free venue for your special event, I can't recommend this place enough. Our guests had a wonderful time, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. We'll definitely be back for future events!

Amazing, Smooth and Fun

Krystal was amazing. She made the process of planning the wedding very easy and fun. Everything that we asked of her she made happen. I really wanted a donut wall and she went out of her way and had her mom make me one! She also made sure there was vegan options for many that had allergies. The layout of the room was exactly as I wanted it to be and the food / drinks were fantastic and tasted just like it did for the wedding tasting. Krystal was always very responsive if I had any questions and got back to my parents and I in a timely matter. I really didnt have to stress about anything. The night of the wedding, my husbands rental shoes completely broke and Krystal took him to the Pro shop to pick out some gym shoes! It was a life saver and was so kind of her. The venue is beautiful and the layout is a open floor plan. The service was exceptional. I would recommend this place for anyones wedding!

Great venue

Such a beautiful venue and fantastic staff! Krystal made wedding planning fun and easy! Rolling Green provided exceptional food, and the service was outstanding. We can't thank you enough for making our wedding day so unique and special.

My sons reception was held at Rolling Green and it was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and efficient and the food was excellent. It was easy to set up the few things we had to set up and the staff was hard at work and even taught us how they fold the napkins when we asked to watch how it was done! The chef was wonderful the day we did the tasting for the reception. You will not be disappointed it you book your event with them

This was the perfect venue for our wedding day! The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Our guests seemed to really enjoy the food and people who ate the cake LOVED it! We had several guests, including myself, with food allergies and the kitchen was able to provide us with safe food and we were all comfortable eating it....this was a huge plus for me! Sara was extremely helpful and flexible and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. We just had the reception here and were able to come from the ceremony and take pictures on their beautiful greens. They were accommodating to us, our vendors and our guests. Our guests are still commenting on how enjoyable the staff was all evening long.

My experience with Rolling Green was overall very positive! We had the absolute best wedding day and were thrilled with what we got! We had some concerns initially as there was a change in staffing with their event coordinator. This made us nervous as we were very comfortable with the woman we met with initially. However, Sara exceeded our expectations! She was responsive and helpful and gave great ideas when we needed support. She was very professional and we are really pleased about this. She e-mailed with us promptly and made sure we had what we needed during the day. We had a rainy day and Rolling Green was very flexible about giving us space for pictures and helping out where we needed. Again, the wedding was everything we wanted. The bar, the food (and food options-the appetizers are amazing), and environment were so wonderful. The room itself is clean, the chairs were awesome (and we didn't have to pay extra for what I thought were pretty and comfortable chairs), and spacious. The lighting was great, and the layout of the room was neat. Rolling Green also accommodated for a large head table of 33 people and it was spacious and organized. Overall, we would recommend Rolling Green to anyone looking for a wedding venue.
