What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We offer every Wedding with two HD cameras on site, 2-4 wireless microphones, and lighting/shading will be available on location if required. We aldo offer the following for every wedding video: a fully edited wedding video, Raw Wedding Footage from camera 1, your previously selected love songs, DVD cover featuring photos of bride and groom, depending on your style on certain special visual effects (slow motion, time freeze, Black and White transitions...) Family member and guest interview, and credit roll with family members and or friends at the end of the Wedding Video. On the DVD's Special Features: Range from but not limited to child hood pictures, engagement photos/video, music video, and wedding bloopers if any are captured. We don't hold equipment back when capturing your moment. We provide our editor with hours of video to edit and create from. (5 copies)
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We have floor and free standing lighting systems to ensure every moment is captured. Plus with our Sony EX 1 Camera is an add plus. The day prior to your event test all our cameras for lighting and preset zoom locations. If you happen to have a Photographer, we work them to set lighting condition that work well for both of us.
How many videographers do you work with?
If required I can have up to 3 Videographers on site during your event. For weddings, and events we have 2 Videographers on site. For Movie Demos, and music videos, we have 3 Videographers on site.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
It is a requirement of ours to have three meetings: The first meeting the bride & groom must select a "Video Style" for the wedding and songs played for the edited verse. The second meeting is the week of to confirm style, songs, locations, and date of delivery. The final meeting is a Editoral meeting. The bride and groom is sent a link to view thier wedding online to give input for final draft.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, as Senior Videographer I man Camera #1 and employees man cameras 2-4.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We do not book more than one event per day. This keeps my staff fresh and allows coverage in case a member of my staff has an emergency.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Sony EX 1 HD Cameras with GlideCam & 2000 Pro, 2-4 wireless Microphone, 1 wired Microphone with boom (if neccessary), Lighting equipment, Sony SR 12 with tripod, generator for lighting and cameras, Green Screen Backdrop with stand for family/guest interview, and water proof equipment to be able shoot in all conditions.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
All except for lighting.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I have a rotational shift for my staff for events that last larger than five hours. If the event is out at sea, and the event is longer than five hours, I have 2 staff members on site to cover camera #2.
Do you charge overtime?
Yes, if you request longer footage during the event. We charge an hourly rate of $250.00.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes, all weddings are given raw footage from Camera #1 at no additional charge.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
We have same day editing for a fee, but the average time is 3-7 days depending on the date of the event and length of the event.
