About
Welcome those of you from Bridal Expos or a referral from Local Bridal vendors in the San Fernando Valley. We are committed to provide you with best service to capture your event. We will be using three Sony HD Cameras, wireless mics, and independently lighting if necessary to capture your moment. We take customer service and planning of an event to the next level. Shooting an event and editing it to tell a beautiful story is an art and should be treated as such. If you want Hollywood quality video/editing, of the "I Do's," "Happy Birthday," etc... with out the off angel transition of a camera person trying to get into position. We pre-plan ever camera location and do lighting and camera test the day prior to ensure detail has been covered. This not only builds confidence in our clients, but creates a smooth but professional work environment for everyone. This puts the focus where it should be, on you.

We offer every Wedding with two HD cameras on site, 2-4 wireless microphones, and lighting/shading will be available on location if required. We aldo offer the following for every wedding video: a fully edited wedding video, Raw Wedding Footage from camera 1, your previously selected love songs, DVD cover featuring photos of bride and groom, depending on your style on certain special visual effects (slow motion, time freeze, Black and White transitions...) Family member and guest interview, and credit roll with family members and or friends at the end of the Wedding Video. On the DVD's Special Features: Range from but not limited to child hood pictures, engagement photos/video, music video, and wedding bloopers if any are captured. We don't hold equipment back when capturing your moment. We provide our editor with hours of video to edit and create from. (5 copies)

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We have floor and free standing lighting systems to ensure every moment is captured. Plus with our Sony EX 1 Camera is an add plus. The day prior to your event test all our cameras for lighting and preset zoom locations. If you happen to have a Photographer, we work them to set lighting condition that work well for both of us.

How many videographers do you work with?
If required I can have up to 3 Videographers on site during your event. For weddings, and events we have 2 Videographers on site. For Movie Demos, and music videos, we have 3 Videographers on site.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
It is a requirement of ours to have three meetings: The first meeting the bride & groom must select a "Video Style" for the wedding and songs played for the edited verse. The second meeting is the week of to confirm style, songs, locations, and date of delivery. The final meeting is a Editoral meeting. The bride and groom is sent a link to view thier wedding online to give input for final draft.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, as Senior Videographer I man Camera #1 and employees man cameras 2-4.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We do not book more than one event per day. This keeps my staff fresh and allows coverage in case a member of my staff has an emergency.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Sony EX 1 HD Cameras with GlideCam & 2000 Pro, 2-4 wireless Microphone, 1 wired Microphone with boom (if neccessary), Lighting equipment, Sony SR 12 with tripod, generator for lighting and cameras, Green Screen Backdrop with stand for family/guest interview, and water proof equipment to be able shoot in all conditions.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
All except for lighting.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I have a rotational shift for my staff for events that last larger than five hours. If the event is out at sea, and the event is longer than five hours, I have 2 staff members on site to cover camera #2.

Do you charge overtime?
Yes, if you request longer footage during the event. We charge an hourly rate of $250.00.

Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes, all weddings are given raw footage from Camera #1 at no additional charge.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
We have same day editing for a fee, but the average time is 3-7 days depending on the date of the event and length of the event.

Additional Questions and Answers

When we visit your site we do not see prices or wedding packages?
Answer:   Regardless, if your event last 2 hours or All day, we will ensure every moment is capture and provide you with the highest quality possible on the market. There is no Gold, Diamond, or Platinum Packages with us. Every event we shot, every moment we capture is special and will be treated as such. Pricing is dependent on time not equipment. For every one hour we spend on location, our editor is viewing footage from two-three Sony HD cameras for editing. This is how we can ensure quality footage, this how we know we can capture your moments and tell your story.

Tips and Advice
Ensure you have a Check list as your wedding date gets closer. You will be surprised how fast it will get here.

Also, for both the Photographer and Videographer give them a check list of all the moments you want captured. (i.e.: photo of bride with a certain grandparent or friend, video of the Groom dancing with his mother, younger sister playing with the band, etc....)
