Against the backdrop of a pristinely maintained private golf course, lies our new 30,000 square foot Clubhouse. The stunning facility boasts an array of features including a ballroom with towering ceilings and seating for 250, expansive veranda, on-site bridal suite and club rooms, a full-time wedding specialist and more. Ceremony Setup $600
Chef Fee $75 (where applicable)
No outside food or beverage will be allowed on premises with out prior approval of Renaissance Golf Club
Final Guarantee: Due (5) Five Business Days prior to Event
Hired Outside Professionals: Vendors will be required to properly load and unload their equipment. Renaissance Golf Club will not be liable for any items left behind. Vendors are required to pick up any items by 9am the following day.
Displays/Decorations: Renaissance Golf Club does not allow tacks, paint, gum, or any other fixtures that will harm or alter the facility. All décor will be approved by Renaissance Golf Club. Floral Designers will be responsible for floral décor and candles. Any candle with an open flame may require a Fire Marshall. Renaissance Golf Club can assist in hiring a Fire Marshall, please see your Wedding Specialist for details.
Bartender:
1 Bartender per 75 Guests
Event Deposit:
Deposit of $5,000.00 is non-refundable and goes to the overall cost of the event
Payment Schedule:
Six months prior to Wedding Date 50% of estimated total charges due
Three months prior to Wedding Date 75% of estimated charges due
Thirty days prior to Wedding Date 100% of estimated charges due
Five business days prior to wedding all final charges due
Credit card on file for any incidentals
Wedding Tasting:
Renaissance would like to extend an invitation to your own private Wedding Tasting with your on-site Wedding Specialist for you and your parents.
Rental Equipment:
Charges for specialty items may be passed on to the client
Tent rental equipment will be an additional cost to the client
All events include House Linen, Chivari Chairs, Plateware, Glassware and Banquet Equipment.
All Food & Beverage items are subject to 18% Gratuity and 5% Massachusetts State Sales Tax.
