Warren delivers all camera original images to the bride and groom with printing permission. Warren is highly skilled in producing digital bridal albums and applying digital affects and touch-ups to each image requested.

Warren has experience in traditional and non-traditional wedding environments that include large churches, outdoor ceremonies, on-location portrait sessions and large reception halls.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Warren shoots 100% digital. So much so, he sold all of his film cameras. Warren has shot digital since 2000.
How many photographers do you work with?
Photos by Warren is a husband and wife team. Warren is your primary formal photographer and Tina is the candid photographer and ensures each bride and groom are well taken care of. Warren and Tina work together to make the wedding day the best it can be!
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes! 100%! Warren is the one you contract and will be your main photographer.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Warren devotes his time and energy to only one couple per weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, Warren has a strong network of photographers that could be called in the event he is unable to photograph a wedding. Warren prides himself in never missing a wedding and never failing to deliver beautiful images for the couples.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Warren uses professional Nikon Camera equipment. During the altar portrait session, Warren will use studio strobes specially set up to provide even lighting for your large bridal images.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes. Warren brings duplicate equipment to ensure your memories will be captured even in the event of a malfunction.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
All of the packages offered by Photos by Warren includes all day coverage. Your day is more than just a couple hours and Warren believes in telling the entire wedding day story.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
One, when the meal served.
Do you charge for travel?
Warren includes 90 minutes of travel (one direction) from Heyworth IL, $250 from 90 to 180 minutes, beyond this is at cost plus $250.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Images will be available three weeks after the wedding date.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Each package includes a DVD slideshow to your favorite music and a DVD with camera originals. Also we post each wedding online for friends and family members to view and purchase any image they would like.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
FOREVER!
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Although Warren retains copyright for his work, Warren gives each couple permission to print and share his work.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Warren retains the right to publish his work for the purpose of promotion of his services. No image is sold without the written permission of the model(s).
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, every couple receives a full resolution file of each image delivered.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Warren publishes every event to the web for private viewing by friends and family of the bride and groom. Each event has a unique key needed to gain entrance to the images.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer traditional and contemporary albums. Our traditional consists of prints mounted in mats, and our contemporary albums are know as Art Books, where every two pages are designed as one spread.
When will the client get the final album?
Due to every album being a custom and personal item, design and delivery of the product typically takes 3-4 months.
