We are beyond thrilled with our experience with Abby! From the very beginning, she was so personable, easy to talk to, and made us feel completely at ease — which made such a difference on a day that can feel a little overwhelming. On our wedding day, Abby brought such a calm, positive energy and made every moment feel natural and effortless. We never once felt awkward in front of the camera, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! Every image perfectly captures the joy, love, and emotion of the day — we truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. We’ll cherish these photos forever and are so grateful to have had Abby there to capture our story so beautifully. If you’re looking for a photographer who is both incredibly talented and a joy to work with, look no further!

Josh shot our wedding in 2010. He went along with all my wife’s crazy ideas that had him out in the freezing snow to get wedding party pics at the courthouse with all the Christmas lights. His artistic eye caught all of the special moments of our day and then some we didn’t know we needed! He was very professional but at the same time very down to earth and easy going. Over the years he’s shot our family and has turned from a vendor to a friend! I would recommend Josh to anyone who is looking for amazing photos of your big day!

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Chris for our wedding photos. Chris was very communicative and helpful through the whole process. Wedding planning and the wedding day in general can be overwhelming, but he was very attentive and had a calming presence. We are beyond grateful for his service and the photos turned out AMAZING!! I highly recommend James McGhee Photography for everyone's wedding and engagement photos!! My husband and I had the pleasure of having James as our photographer for our engagement photo shoot in Atlanta, GA and wedding day in Detroit, MI, and we couldn't be happier!! James was the photographer for one of my good friend's wedding in Peoria, IL. I fell in love with his unique artistic style and ability to capture all the important moments of their special day. The bride and groom also raved about how easy, fun and friendly he was to work with! I am from Detroit, and when recently engaged, I looked all over southeast Michigan for a wedding photographer with the same artistic style as James. I could not find any other photographer that was as affordable and with the same artistic eye as James in southeast Michigan! James travels anywhere outside of 100 miles of Peoria for one very affordable flat rate (still cheaper than other Michigan photographers with similar style without travel fees!!) This made my decision to choose a photographer for my engagement and wedding day really easy!! He was exactly the photographer I wanted! With James' ability to travel, we were able to do our engagement session in Atlanta, GA, where my husband and I attend school, and our wedding day in Detroit, MI! This allowed us to capture our wonderful life in Atlanta that we both cherish so much and back home in Detroit where we grew up! He did a fantastic job with both our engagement photos and wedding day, and we couldn't be happier! Thank you!

I'm the father of the bride with “Now and Then Photography” taking all the photographs for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. My daughter and her new husband were beyond thrilled at every aspect of how professional and awesome Kayla and Erika were in every aspect of getting the best photos of their special day. They went above and beyond all expectations to where I was getting compliments about them. My wife and daughter did all the main planning, so I wasn't actually involved in hiring “Now and Then Photography”; but I'm sure glad we did. They really know what they are doing! They directed dozens of people along with capturing a host of little, but important details, and yet were never in the way. They easily handled changing weather, moving schedules, and challenging people dynamics. Erika and Kayla were nothing short of impressive in every aspect of their role in capturing the celebration of this wedding and we could not be more appreciative!

Lauren was absolutely amazing! We absolutely loved our engagement pictures and cannot wait to see our wedding pictures! She is was so responsive to questions and so easy to work with. Her photo style is absolutely gorgeous and her personality is just beautiful. She is such a genuine person and anyone would be lucky to have her as their wedding photographer.

Stephanie Bartman is an artist and an absolute gem to work with! She gives 110% in everything she does from researching the venue to planning different shots to making sure every little hair is in place and every extra piece of unwanted furniture in the background gets moved out of the frame. She does not settle for just okay lighting or background. She gives great directions and makes you feel like she’s got everything under control. I hate posing for photos. I’m super awkward and am definitely not photogenic, but Stephanie made me feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day. Some of the poses felt awkward at the time, but then she would show them to us and we could not believe how good we looked! She did our engagement photos and the turnaround time for editing was so fast! We are so looking forward to enjoying our wedding photos for the next 50 years thanks to Stephanie for capturing all of the special moments and details. Stephanie went above and beyond for us. She made sure that all of the important events were captured. She was already scheduled to be with us for 9 hours of shooting. She offered to stay overnight in Chicago, so that she could stay for another half hour to capture our first dance. Even when our time was up she asked if there was anyone else we wanted a photo with before she left. These are the little things that mean so much when choosing the right photographer for your wedding day. Stephanie is dedicated, caring, and the best at what she does! Hopefully, we can hire her for maternity and family photos in the future.

Andrea is amazing at what she does! We only have our sneak peeks from our wedding so far but we love them and cannot wait to see the rest. On the day of the wedding, she was organized and efficient. Most importantly, she was calm during the million family photos and kept an upbeat attitude which was so helpful for all involved!! She brought a drone to the wedding, which we weren't anticipating and got some really amazing shots - her work is truly like art. We also flew her out to CA for our engagement photoshoot and it was worth every penny!
