What if I need to cancel my order?

Technically, deposits are non-refundable because we have held the equipment and schedule staff for the date. However, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

What are your hours of delivery?

24 / 7, we are flexible

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

Typically, we have a $500 minimum for rental / production with delivery.

What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?

Clients are liable for all damages caused to rented equipment from time of release to time of return.
