Brooke has just finished planning our wedding at Vibiana, over a year in the making. Although we had to cancel our original wedding plan due to covid, Janna never let our microwedding feel anything but perfect. She helped us find vendors, was the most wonderful to plan with, and was a joy to have on wedding day. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She made our day so special and unforgettable. Not one detail was missed or out of place. She handled everything so flawlessly and just let us enjoy the day, which turned out to be even better than our original plan!

We had a perfect wedding and it was all because of Orange Blossom. Clarity is king when it comes to planning and they are crystal clear every step of the way. From the first stages with Nicole talking about dates and preferred vendors, they were communicative on every pros and con and helped us build an incredible early plan. When it was clear the pandemic was going to reschedule everything, they jumped right in, made us feel like their only client (even though we’re sure they had SO many other folks to deal with), and helped us renegotiate our contracts dates, etc. Then...the pandemic had another surge. And we rescheduled everything all over again. Nicole stayed positive, reaffirmed what’s important, and gave us a clear plan. She was truly an inspiration on how a wedding planner can balance professionalism and human connection especially in such a chaotic time in our lives.

Christy’s designs absolutely blew us away. From the overall aesthetic palette to the stationary to the day-of signage and everything in between, we were blown away. Most importantly, her designs felt tailored to US, to what WE would like. It’s so easy to get stuck in the weeds on the designs because you can go down to the minute detail, but Christy was always able to take a step back and help us focus on the big picture.

The weeks, days leading up to the wedding and day-of was a perfect blend of mindfulness and time management. Brooke stayed on top of every element, and I’m sure she put out fires we were not even aware of. She was so on top of the flow and schedule of the whole night. We simply did what she directed us to do and we were so grateful for it. Brooke really filled us with confidence from the very start of the night and we had the absolute perfect wedding.

Wedding planning is so weird. You enable folks to realize the setting of their perfect union but everyone has their own aesthetic choices and priorities. Orange Blossom is like a commissioned artist and the wedding is a blank canvas. They shape every stroke around what is communicated and makes sure that they’re creative enough to give options that one did not even think is possible. They realized our wedding better than we could have in our wildest dreams and we could not be more grateful they had the stamina and tenacity to push this boulder up the hill for over 2 years.

Choosing OBSE was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! Danielle was amazing to work with and she made us feel like we were the only couple that she was working with, which is not the case. Our Southern California wedding was a destination wedding, since we live on the East Coast, and despite planning from afar, Danielle made the process extremely seamless. I can't say enough good things about Brooke Avishay, the owner of Orange Blossom Special Events. I chose the Lantana package, which offers unlimited consulting via e-mail and phone as well as a team of day-of planners. Brooke and her colleague, Nicole, were so incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. Brooke gave vendor recommendations on everything from flowers to lighting to venue to music and everything else. She responded quickly and efficiently whenever I reached out to her--even in the middle of her vacation--and had a calming energy and excellent listening skills. I never once felt like I was being a Bridezilla no matter how stressed out I got; she never made me feel like a request was silly or over the top; and the only response she ever made to a request was "on it." Even though the Lantana package didn't include design, my wedding was GORGEOUS because she connected me to vendors with exquisite taste and style. I couldn't have been happier with their services!

Brooke and the team from Orange Blossom made our wedding day spectacular. Brooke's responsiveness and straightforwardness put us at ease from the jump. They thought of everything and made the process enjoyable and stress free. They can handle problems you don't want to deal with (I'm that groom!) and, in the case of my bride, engage full-on with someone deeply interested in every last nuance and detail of the event. Going with them is smart choice. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I first got to see Brooke in action a couple of years ago when my best friend was planning her wedding. Brooke was super on top of everything and made sure everything ran smoothly. At that point, I knew I would need her to help with my wedding.

When we started planning our wedding, Orange Blossom was one of the first vendors we booked. We already had ideas for what we wanted, and Brooke did an amazing job of making sure everything worked out perfectly the day of the wedding. She put together a very detailed timeline and contacted all our vendors to make sure they were on time with everything and knew what was happening. A couple of weeks before our wedding she came with us to finalize our food menu at the Banquet hall where we had our wedding and worked out all the details with the hall coordinator. She came with us to the hall another time to do another run through the week before the wedding. We gave her everything we had prepared for the decorations and candy bar before hand and she took care of it. We just told her what we wanted and she made it happen. She was there for our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what to do. She answered any questions for our bridal party and parents.

The day of the wedding, Brooke was with the bridal party and made sure everything was running smooth, while her team was at the hall and church making sure everything was set up perfectly. Brooke even got us snacks between the ceremony and reception. She really went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. I was completely worry free the day of, which was exactly what I wanted.

I was lucky to work with Brooke, Danielle and Grace, and from beginning to end, they were all miracle workers. My husband and I live in Detroit, got married in Charleston, SC, and hired wedding planners from LA, but the wedding was so perfect you would think we were all locals. In addition to the pre-wedding planning that Orange Blossom handles, their day-of coordination is an absolute NECESSITY. They kept everything running on schedule and ensured the evening went off without a hitch. I found out after my wedding that my MOH lost her bouquet minutes before she had to walk down the aisle. Danielle calmly made her a bouquet out of decorative flowers, and I never even knew there was an issue.
