How many photographers do you work with?
At an event one or two photographers are available depending on the guest list.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Currently yes, however, if something were to happen and for any reason I could not attend an event, back up staff is available and they have been trained by me.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never!
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Three cameras, two available for the event, one is always available as backup. Two to three digital printers to ensure all photos have been printed in a timely manner for the guests to take home.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Always
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Since we offer instant photography we are usually only required to be at the reception. "We offer customized package prices depending on the time of the event, usually 4 hours, cocktail hour is an additional fee if requested by the bride and groom.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
An additional fee of $250.00 per hour would be charge for any overtime requests.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We work through the entire reception.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
My CD/Rom of candid digital photography is available to our clients within one to two week after their reception

What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer our Hot Shots Photo Books which are hard covered books which can be created by the client through my website. These books are great to create after an event because the website allows test and storytelling to accomodate the photos in the book.
When will the client get the final album?
Depends on how quickly the books are created by the client with their uploaded digital images. Once created within two weeks they can expect their final products.
