Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We can provide images in color, black & White, sepia, cross processed and spot coloring.
 
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
With our many years of expereince we have covered all lighting situations. Being right off the Chespapeake Bay and Ocean City Maryland we have photographed many sunset weddings and out door events with mixed lighting.
 
How many photographers do you work with?
Michelle is the owner and main photographer however for larging weddings and for additional coverage we have assistants that work with the studio.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes,However we do have a network with other professional photographers in the area that will provide back up incase of the most extreme case. ( I have photographerd a wedding with a broken foot before. LOL)
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We have three main cameras and a variety on lens and flashes for different events as well as aback for each camera, lens and flash.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Since we only shoot one event a day we charge by the full day.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
It depends on the event and the amount of time we spend at the particular venue. For the most part we take breaks when ever there may be a down time. We always let the DJ or Band leader know when we do so that we are sure someone knows where we are and nothing happens with out us.
 
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, For Destination weddings over 100 miles of our studio we add travel and accomedations.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Online Galleries will be uploaded with 7days for the Bride and Groom to preview. Printed proofs may take up to three weeks for delievery.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online proofing, 4 x 6 prints and magazine style proof books.
 
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever.
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
All Professinal Photographers retain the copyrights to the images they have created. Most clients get copyright confused with reprint rights.
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, in print media, articles or advertising including electronic formats.
 
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
 
What kind of albums do you offer?
Coffee Table books, Flush mount albums, and traditional albums
