Would it be silly to say we want to throw another party just so Brea can be our photographer again?? She was AMAZING and we feel so lucky to have found her through a bit of chance. By the end of our event, we felt we had spent time with an old friend, not a new photographer. As soon as we met Brea, we knew she was the photographer for us. She was curious and asked all the right questions, she got to know us, she was clear about her process and artistic style, and she gave us various options to ensure her services met our needs. During the planning process, she was great at communicating - making sure she understood our event plan so she and her 2nd photographer could be in all the right places, while also offering kind suggestions to our plan which we gladly incorporated! We particularly appreciated the pre-event form she sent so we could document which moments and people were most important to us, and which family members to keep an eye on :-) On the day of our event, she and her second photographer were "everywhere", but never intrusive - capturing authentic moments without any forced posing. Brea also brought an assistant to help with lighting and equipment, which made every moment run smoothly. Her experience as a photographer was apparent as she confidently adjusted through various shooting environments - candid getting ready photos, dynamic movement during an Indian baraat ceremony, an outdoor ceremony and family portraits, an indoor cocktail hour and reception, and romantic night shots in the rain. But nothing prepared us for the moment when we saw the first photos from our event - a truly WOW moment. The photos were absolutely stunning, and we couldn't wait to see more. Brea shot one of our couples photos in the rain, on a pier, with Baltimore's iconic Domino Sugars sign in the background - it could be the cover of a magazine. Brea was great with turnaround time - sending us a few amazing photos the same night as our event so we could share with our guests, posting a blog with highlight photos a few days after the event, and turning around the full set while we were still in our post-event glow. We have received so many compliments from our guests about our photos - not just on how the photos captured us, but how well the photos captured them. We were so happy and will treasure our photos in our family forever. Brea is the photographer you want!!
