Yes, if the good Lord says the same.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I will make arrangements in something comes up and I can't attend, but that would only be due to my passing away :-).
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes..
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Most of my packages include unlimited time.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We shoot continuously throughout your event.
Do you charge for travel?
Only if it is outside of the Houston Metroplex or surrounding areas.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Within 2-3 weeks...
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
YOu will have password protected online access to your proofs for 24 hour viewing.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofs are left online for up to 90 days, but are archived for up to 3yrs.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes...
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes...
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Files can be given with copyrights only on selected files at customers request.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
