Photography for me began as a small child when I first picked up one of my grandfather's cameras to play with.  The joys that came with the camera fueled my passion for capturing life.

I was transformed in an instant while photography a wedding.  After building a relationship with a bride and then photographing her wedding, I will never forget the evening that followed.  I was privileged to know the bride's father and knew he was a man of little emotion.  While dancing with his daughter on the dance floor that night I literally witnessed and captured a moment no one expected.  This well composed man was caught completely off guard as his little girl, now a woman, took him by the hand to dance.  As a solitary tear ran down his face his daughter brushed that tear away gently with her hand.  That moment was captured in a split second and it was then I truly realized where my passion was.  I captured a moment that would otherwise be known only to a memory.  I captured a moment in time that made me realize there are many more moments waiting to unfold.

This passion for documenting your day is something I do not take lightly.  While I will certainly give you the formal pictures traditional to most weddings, it is a greater passion to give you the moments you live, the moments you remember, and perhaps the moments you miss- all in the form of photographic art
