You name, we've shot it.

We are 100% digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
We have one main Photographer and one Associate Photographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We never book more than one event per day. We may on a weekend depending on the circumstances.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring numerous cameras, lenses, flash equipment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, this is a must for any true professional.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have several packages to choose from and offer custom packages should one of our clients have special needs that we need to accomodate.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We don't plan breaks, if time permits we'll take a few minutes, usually spent looking over equipment and reviewing photos to ensure everything is safe.
Do you charge for travel?
Depends on the location and are more than willing to travel.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We try to have all photos ready within 7-10 days after the event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We offer on-line proofing for customer convenience.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, most packages include a DVD of all digital images.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Coffee table books and flush mount albums.
