Absolutely.

No more than one per day, very rarely more than one per weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I have a network of fellow photographers available should the need arise.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I shoot with Canon cameras and bring along several different lenses, as well as my strobe light, flash, octobox, softbox, tripod, wireless transmitters, etc.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I have packages that range from 4hr coverage to full day coverage.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Just during the meal.
Do you charge for travel?
Traveling fees may apply but it depends on the distance.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Within 4-8 weeks, but images are typically ready sooner.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online & on dvd which is mailed directly to their home.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever. Its their own personal copy to keep!
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
