Located only 30 miles from Downtown Denver and only 5 minutes off HWY 285, the property is easy to get to for your guests and provides a full weekend of enjoyment for you. Our property can sleep up to 20 guests and includes our ballroom and ceremony meadow plus many other amenities. Our team is here to help make your wedding dreams come true!
Meadow Creek is a picturesque true mountain oasis located in the Rockies of Pine, CO. This estate is only a short drive from the greater Metro-Denver area, just above "Red Rocks" in Morrison, Colorado. Off the US Hwy of 285, between the townships of Conifer & Baliey at an elevation of 8,200 feet, Meadow Creek is the remaining core of the formally Historic Douglass Ranch area, originally built by an Italian Prince back nearly 100 years ago as a mountain retreat for "Friends & Family" alike to escape Denver's summer heat. Populated with season-changing Aspens, Lodgepole, and Ponderosa evergreens, it's bordered by a spacious grassy meadow and spring-fed creek with a large variety of vegetation & wildlife that can be appreciated throughout the 34 acres of private trails and truly charming natural wonders galore.

Located just 30 miles from Downtown Denver and only 5 minutes off HWY 285, Meadow Creek Lodge is a dream wedding location. We've got an event venue and lodging all in one. Plus, you can't beat the convenience of our rental package, backdrop and location!
Our property boasts a modern ballroom for up to 100 guests with a beautiful cocktail hour patio with string lights and a custom made bar. Your rental includes custom wood farm tables, round and banquet tables, wood folding chairs, and all other tables needed for your day. Also includes linens and napkins in your choice of color, a custom aspen wood ceremony arbor, and use of all of our yard games.
To make your life easier, our packages include the base services you need for an enjoyable day- wedding day of coordinator, bartender, bar set up and all supplies, facility manager, and set up of everything.
We have left the rest of our rental package with plenty of flexibility for you to bring in your own catering and vendors or, utilize our add-on services to make your planning even easier!
Your rental includes exclusive access to our property from 2:00 pm the day before your wedding to 10:00 am the day after your wedding so you can relax and hang out with your loved ones without worrying about travel. Our main lodge has a cozy living room, large dining room, full kitchen, and 6 bedrooms. Our honeymoon cabin is located just a short walk from the lodge, but offers the perfect amount of privacy. With plenty of room for your wedding party and family to get ready on-site, you can enjoy the entire day.
Our property hosts up to 20 guests each night. You also have the option to host additional events on the property like a rehearsal dinner or welcome reception. The meadow and deck at our lodge is the perfect spot for a "backyard" party!

Amazing Wedding Venue
Amazing Experience with Meadow Creek
The photos can speak for themselves about how gorgeous the property is. Rob made planning really simple and stress-free by providing guidance/suggestions as needed and having detailed answers to all of our questions. We had to postpone our original date due to covid and we were able to choose a new date without any issues or extra charges, which I think speaks very highly of Rob's willingness to be accommodating to couples.
The entire weekend went off without a hitch. Friday was a fun, casual time for exploring the property, setting up decor (not having to stress about any DIY the morning of!), doing the rehearsal, eating pizza, and relaxing by the bonfire and hot tub with our favorite people. Saturday morning even had time for a pre-wedding hike with a view before an amazing breakfast. Rob, Ann, and Temple expertly orchestrated vendor arrival and setup so that our wedding party had nothing to worry about as we got ready and took photos. Our guests, especially the out-of-towners, were thoroughly impressed with the venue and all its outdoor beauty.
We could not have had a more perfect wedding. If you're looking for a beautiful and unique outdoor space, a chance to experience an entire weekend with your family and friends, and a laid-back/low-stress wedding that is priced extremely reasonable for everything it offers, Meadow Creek is the venue for you.
It was the perfect size/ location for a outdoor wedding in the mountains! It was the perfect size for my family and wedding party. It was very convenient and easy that we could hold the rehearsal dinner at the same venue. It was also perfect that our entire wedding party was able to stay the entire weekend! We brought yard games (bags, jenga, volleyball net) to keep us occupied as well as jumped in the hot tub and roasted smores!
The staff was fantastic, and Ann remembered all of our names. Rob and Ann made delicious breakfast both days! The rooms were perfect, and the views were amazing. We even hiked up the mountain to the bench sitting on top for even more amazing views.
As far as wedding day it went very smoothly and everything was absolutely perfect! Temple made the ceremony space look perfect, and Tim was a great bartender!
If you are a bride looking for a cute outdoor Colorado wedding this is the place for you! We would not change one thing about our wedding! 80% of our wedding guests were from out of state, and also loved how unique and pretty the venue was. It makes for great photos! We are hoping to make it back for an anniversary done the road as well :)
