I'm told this part of the ad should be short and sweet so here is the rundown:

We do all kinds of weddings.  We are happy to perform religious, non-religious and athiest ceremonies as well as basic civil unions.  All are welcome here.  Any race, creed or sexual orientation.  We will do just about anything.  Try Us!  Marry Me in Indy is a partership between Victoria Meyer and Kim Stroup.  Kim brings her vast knowledge from her chosen spiritual path of Druid Craft which is a combination of Druidry and Wicca.  Victoria brings her extensive quest for spirituality and religious experiences.  The two of us together have got you covered, whatever you are looking for.  We know that our spirituality is very personal and so is yours.  And if you choose no spirituality at all?  That's fine.  We are local.  You meet with us, you book your wedding with us and we are with you all through planning and performing your ceremony.

We are also happy to announce the addition of Mikka Mabius as an associate.  If you book with Mikka you will deal with both Victoria and MIkka.  You will meet with both of them from the beginning.  Mikka will be at your rehearsal (if you have one) and wedding.  Victoria will help you with writing your ceremony and answering your questions in real time giving you personal attention.  You will meet both at the initial meeting and any meeting you have a long the way.  We are busy but really want to help you have the wedding of your dreams.  We are open minded professionals dedicated to making you feel comfortable knowing that your wedding ceremony will be perfect!

Basic elopement ain our home:  $50    

Basic elopement in the Indianapolis area:  $125

The Intimate Affair:  Small wedding (less then 50 guests) in the Indianapolis Area, no rehearsal:  $200

Traditional Package:  Rehearsal the day before, wedding, in the Indianapolis Area:  $350

There is so much that goes into making the perfect wedding day but the most important part is the actual ceremony.  The moment when the two of you look into each others eyes and pledge your love forever.  It's a time of joy, nerves, tears, so many things.  My goal as a wedding officiant is to make these moments for you special, perfect and memorable.  Sometimes "perfect" has more then one definition.  Sometimes we think things should be a certain way but when it comes right down to it, that definition may not be "quite" that.  :-)  Our families are our families, our friends are our friends and we love and accept them all, happily, and sometimes, cleverly working them all into the ceremony.  

We want to be able to look at everything you bring to the table on your wedding day and work together with you to make it perfect.  If you aren't religious but your family is, we can write a ceremony that reflects the spirit of religious readings but are truly just beautiful stories of love and poetry.  Love is such an international and interpersonal language.  We can create ceremonies that are completely open to the listener.  If you prefer not to make religious vows but you have family memebers whom you'd like to respect, We specialize it writing ceremonies that sound religious but are not.  We are happy to perform inter-faith ceremonies as well as athiest ceremonies.  Most are a mixture of all of the above.    

We are happy to perform inter-racial ceremonies as well as Same Sex Unions.  In fact, if you'd like to have a Same Sex Union now, We're happy to officiate and when Indiana makes it legal we will reprise my role as officiant again at no extra charge!  We welcome families who are joining together and welcome those who just want to make it legal for less.  If you want to elope, We're generally available in our home for same day ceremonies.  Kim lives on the South East Side of Marion County and Victoria lives in Fishers serving Hamilton county.  We can travel to your home or meet you pretty much anywhere you like.  Literally, no wedding is too big or too small.   We are happy to make it legal for less!!  If you are having a big wedding we're often available at short notice too.  It happens, an officant cancels or you end up really not getting along.  Call. we'll do my best to work it out!  We're scheduling as far as a year or more in advance and as early as an hour from now.

We've got all sorts of venue's on our schedule this season.  The JW Marriot, The Marvis, The Indiana State House.  We're traveling to Purdue to marry a couple in the chapel on campus.  The Zoo, several parks, back yards.  We perform weddings in our living rooms on a weekly basis and we're sure there will be several in Victoria's  yard among the wild flowers as the weather becomes nicer.  We're also working with brides traveling in to get married.  We have several brides currently living in California who are coming home to get married in Indy, WeI've married people who were planning on traveling through town and scheduled for me to meet them at their hotel before they got here.  We even have a couple coming in from the UK.  

Often, couples will have a big wedding planned but need to make it legal sooner.  One of them is shipping out in the military, (Kim is a military wife) jobs change and one needs health insurance.  We've had one couple moving in together earlier than planned and they wanted to be married first even though the wedding was 6 months away.  We can perform a simple ceremony or just sign the papers for you.  We've had couples who were having their ceremony but didn't want to make it legal yet.  We can do that.  We've performed ceremonies for couples who have been married for years and just getting around to their ceremony.  We've kept many a secret and am happy to do so.  We even have surprise weddings planned!!

We do want to stress I'm happy to perform simple ceremonies.  I've had families in my home for the wedding. Mothers and grandmothers and extended families. We've had couples bring their kids who play with ours as we marry them.  We regularly travel to homes if they can't get out.  It's amazing how many different kinds of weddings there are.  Each couple is unique.

We truly love our job!  We're blessed to have found such a wonderful thing to do!  We love love!  We're so lucky to be able to be with couples on such a happy day.  We love being able to share in their joy and do our part to make the wedding special and help everyone to be comfortable. 

We are always very happy to answer questions.  Visit our website, send an email or call.  The whole process can be confusing for some so please, ask!  This is our job, you aren't just a customer, you are a bride or groom planning a very special day!  If you'd like to get together for a meeting before you decide to book your day with one of us just ask!  It's important that you are comfortable with your offficiant.  We realize just how important the right officiant is.  If one of us is not the right officiant for you, that's OK.  We want you to find the right one.  

Please keep in mind, We do not require you to answer questions about your relationship or for you to participate in pre-marital counseling.  It is not our place to judge or make a decision like that.  It's up to you.  Follow your heart!
