How many photographers do you work with?
There's a total of three - Robb and Katie are the lead photographers, and Ellen is the associate photographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Most events include Robb and Katie, but all events guarantee at least one of them plus an associate photographer.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Our associate photographer is available limited weekends to shoot weddings as a solo shooter. If she is booked, it is possible we'll shoot two weddings in a day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes!
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Our lowest package is for a limited number of hours, but all other packages are unlimited hours.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Usually just for dinner.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within the Greater Cincinnati/Tri-State area. If your wedding requires an overnight stay or an extended time away from home, we will factor in travel costs.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs can take up to 4 weeks in winter/early spring, and up to 5 weeks the remainder of the year. We edit each and every photo before presenting them to our clients, so proofing takes a little longer than the industry standard.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We offer online proofing, with password protected galleries.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
As photographers, we retain copyright over all our photos. We provide a CD of images and a personal reproduction release to the client so they may make enlargements/prints.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We will choose images from your event to use for our website, our print materials and showcase at bridal shows and the like. However, if the client requests we not use a specific image, we are happy to accomodate those requests!
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, we provide a password protected gallery.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Most packages offer a coffee-table style album, with an option to upgrade to a flush mount album.
When will the client get the final album?
This depends on the album you choose, but usually about 8-10 weeks after the wedding.
