Everything from bright daylight to overcast (even rainy days!) to candlelight and ambient reception lighting. Not to worry!

How many photographers do you work with?

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never in one day, rarely in same weekend. We like to give our all to each Event and that takes time.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Absolutely
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
3 Cameras, on camera Flash Units w/soft lighting attachments, Tripod, assortment of Lenses, extra Lighting Units and Reflector Panel
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Absolutely- Cameras, Memory Cards, Flash Units & Battery supply
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We prefer the day package but can accommodate hourly pricing if desired
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Depends on amount of photographers staying OT- one for $150/hr two for $250
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We go with the flow of the Day! We're there for you.
Do you charge for travel?
If event is long distance and of course for destination weddings.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Generally within 2-3 weeks (sometimes sooner)
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online private website; leather bound proof magazine; proof prints- depends on individual arrangement & preference
How long can the client keep the proofs?

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
With Bride & Groom permission
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Arrangements for digital files would need to be discussed.

What kind of albums do you offer?
Full range - Traditional Fine Art Leather Albums w/Mats, Flushmount Leather or Metal Albums (Coffee Table - Magazine style; we do Custom design - not cookie cutter programs!), Parent Albums, mini & clone Albums. Just ask, we have an array of quality vendors.
When will the client get the final album?
About 2 months after photos & design are finalized.
