Do you have liability insurance?

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Yes. Most people like a mix of black and white and color. We usually give you a mix unless you have something specific in mind. Since we work in digital, we are able to change the image to whatever you prefer.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We had experience candlelight, softlight even in the hardest situations where the Priest tells us that we cannot use flash.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We work only in digital. We both have Canon Digital SLRs and a variety of high-end Canon lenses. We effectively use the instant feedback that digital cameras provide and the freedom that it allows us to take as many photographs as we like.
How many photographers do you work with?
We are husband and wife team.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes we do.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Once you signed the contract with us, we do not book any other couple. We turn down other inquiries
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes we do, we know photojournalist that has the same caliber as the main photographer.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Litrato Photojournalism uses the latest digital cameras. A minimum of two cameras, two flashes and a variety of lenses.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes we do.
Do you charge hourly or full day?

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
If its 1 hour overtime we do not charge extra but if it exceeds 10 hours we charge $350/hr
Do you charge for travel?
Free travel expense in the states of NY, NJ, DE, PA, MD, VA and DC. We also offer destination weddings, please feel free to call us at 302.229.5572
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
The photos will be available online within 2 weeks after the ceremony. This will include all photos, sometimes we publish up to more than 1,000 photos. We will also have a link with a slideshow that you can send to your family and friends.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
We will give you a DVD with all the pictures, usually its 700-1000 photos.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes we will give you a letter stating that we grant the copyright to you.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes we reserve the right to publish the photo. But if you don't like it we can always remove it.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
You will get a CD of all of the images included in your preview album. This ranges from 700-1000 images.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, on the day of the wedding we will give away a photo of the bride and the groom, below that there will be a link that we will give through PICTAGE.COM and you and your guests can view these photos.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer an 11x14- 60 page album, this is the biggest in the market, we can put 200-230 photos in there. Another album that we offer is a mounted album, you can set up an appointment so we can show you our fabulous album
When will the client get the final album?
As soon as you approve the album design you will get your album within 3-4 weeks.
