Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

All of our proofs are color corrected and we do apply different tones to some of the images.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Yes! You name the lighting and we've captured amazing images for every one.

Is your media preference film or digital?

We are an all digital studio.

How many photographers do you work with?

Kimberly attends each wedding with either an assistant or second shooter, depending on the package.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Kimberly is the lead photographer for Kimberly Photography, however, in the event Kimberly is unable to attend your event, another professional photographer will be there to cover her absence.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

One day - One wedding

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes! We have an amazing community of professional photographers we are honored to call friends.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Absolutely!

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Our Wedding Day Coverage starts with 6 hours and as many hours can be added as desired for the coverage you're looking for.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Yes, $150 per hour.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We do take a break during dinner to eat.

Do you charge for travel?

We charge travel for mileage over 60 miles outside of the Tampa area.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

2-4 weeks

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

We love having our Brides and Grooms come back to us once your images are ready for a reveal video. Our Wedding Day Coverage includes a high-resolution disk and a proof book of all wedding images, provided at your reveal.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Forever, they are yours to keep!

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

We do reserve the right to use your images for any purpose such as marketing, displays, websites, etc. unless otherwise written in contract.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes, we offer passcode protected galleries directly through our website.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We offer Coffee Table albums (great for Parent albums) and Flush Mount Albums.

When will the client get the final album?

Your albums are ready for pick up approximately 2-3 weeks after your design is approved.
