Rick was recommended by another vendor that could not do our wedding, and we could not be happier! His rate was reasonable for our budget and he was so flexible with timing, unlike all other photographers we contacted. He put up with our family "photographers" and took beautiful photos of our family, and crazy wedding reception. ***If you are having a wedding that will be around sunset, Rick takes the most gorgeous sunset photos!*** That is one of the things that sold us on him - his work is fantastic.

My wife and I strongly suggest Rick Fatica!! We got married in key west on February 20, 2013 (we used to live there). Key West has a high rate of weddings, so it was overwhelming to see how many photographers you can pick from. However, Rick is a true professional, so please add him to your list when looking for a photographer! We look back months after our wedding and we are still blown away by his technique and flawlessness. My wife is from Russia and I'm originally from Pennsylvania and none of our friends and family could get over how amazing the pictures came out. Not only does Rick provide amazing photos, but his service is exceptional as well! He went out of his way to really understand exactly what my wife was looking for on our wedding day and I don't like taking photos that much and he made me feel very comfortable. He even helped with the transportation so, my wife and I could arrive at our ceremony separately. Finally, price wise, Rick is again, remarkable! We paid an extremely fair price (well under $1000) for over 1200 photos for four hours. Which, we received the very next day! And he offered to touch up any photo we liked that he didn't already do for free, but needless to say we didn't find any! Rick attended Ohio University and studied photography so he really understands every detail. We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding, and we our so gracious Rick was there to capture all of the moments!! Thanks again Rick!

I purchased a wedding package with Sunset Key Guest Cottages (Westin) and luckily ended up with Rick as our photographer.

Prior to his arrival, our wedding planner, Aaron, from Aaron's Key West weddings, had already informed me that Rick Fatica would be our photographer and assured me he was great to work with. When Rick arrived, he was friendly, appropriately dressed, and worked his magic! I was afraid that since the sun was going to be setting soon and that I was indoors, some of the photos would not turn out well, but they ended up being fantastic! The dramatic colors of the sunsets turned out great. Rick further impressed me by finishing my CD of photos that very evening (our wedding was at 7:45PM by the way) and my CD was delivered to my hotel the following morning. Not only is Rick a great photographer with an eye for all of those special moments, but he is ever so efficient!! Thank you Rick for your great work and for capturing all of those special moments for us. We will always have a way to reflect on the details of our wedding day because of you.

Rick was great to work with! He came over to meet everyone at our rehearsal for an hour or so and snapped tons of candid shots and then joined us for the day of the wedding for probably at least 7 hours! We got a disc within a day from him and the entire party now has nearly 1500 FABULOUS photos to pick from! Even though it was raining for much of the time...he made the lighting all work, made sure we had all our 'groupings' covered and the photos are simply beautiful!

Rick did an unbelievable job with our wedding...he did it with only 10 days notice after our original photographer was in an accident...we got an elite photographer with a great eye and superb bed side manner.

Rick was amazing. We had a quick elopement wedding that lasted about 30min, during which time Rick took a ton of pictures for us. After the ceremony, he allowed us to take as many pictures as we wanted and was really patient with us. He was also able to give us a DVD with the pictures fully touched up with effects by the next morning and there were over 700 pictures!!! The pictures came out so great and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer. We fully recommend Rick to anyone looking for a photographer in Key West.

I can't say enough about Rick and the job that he did for our wedding on 2.12.13 in Key West. We were stuck without a photographer just two weeks prior to our wedding and we contacted Rick to see if he had availability. He was available and very compassionate to our desires to help make our wedding memorable. He took extremely professional photographs and was patient with our wedding of 51 total people and all our photograph requests. I would definitely recommend him for wedding photography and even other events and we will forever remember our wedding because of the job he did. Rick was our photographer for our destination wedding in Key West in Dec. 2011. He was excellent in all areas!! He's the nicest guy anyone could be around. Our guests all loved him. He didn't miss one moment of our ceremony or the reception. He worked with us since we were on a budget too which was very helpful! He also took casual pictures of us the night before on the beach as well as our rehearsal dinner at Southernmost Cafe. We had our pictures back 2 days after the wedding and they were all wonderful! We would recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer!

With only three months to plan our wedding and challenges due to being in different locations (the wedding in key west, my fiancé in Miami, and myself in Virginia), I’d say that we are very lucky to have found Rick to photograph our wedding!

On the recommendation from our wedding site coordinator and the wonderful brides that left reviews at weddingwire.com, we decided to contact Rick. One of our biggest concerns in planning the wedding was the budget for a photographer. When we discussed this with him, he was completely willing to work with our budget and our needs to tailor a package for us. In fact, we found that his price was the most reasonable for a comparable package of ANY of the photographer’s in the area. We were sold.

More importantly, though, he treated every aspect of our dealings with extreme professionalism. Any question, big or small, was always answered within 24 hours, BEFORE and AFTER we contracted with him. When we informed him that we were running late to our pre-wedding photo shoot, he kept reassuring us that he was “ours for the day.” At the wedding he was properly attired and he was very courteous with all of our guests. He did not miss a beat.

He is a versatile photographer, too. When we were first considering Rick to shoot our wedding, we went to his website to view his albums. We were impressed that he was experienced in capturing people in a range of settings. We were not disappointed when we received our pictures. He took many beautiful and traditional pictures during the ceremony AND he took lots of fun, action shots that conveyed the excitement of the reception.

Rick clearly knows his way around Photoshop as well. My fi and I had been concerned that our pictures would be too dark (We had planned the end of the ceremony to coincide with the sunset, but there was a snafu and we started late…). Well, the images looked as if they had been taken in a brighter light, but did not have that highly edited feel. The turnaround time for 2000+ “wrong time of day” pictures, you may wonder? Less than a two weeks.

If I could give a Rick a 10 out of 5, I would. He is that good! Needless to say, I am pleased that we chose Rick Fatica as our Wedding Photographer and would whole-heartedly recommend him for anyone planning nuptials in Key West.

Rick Fatica is a fantastic photographer and a wonderful person. Of all the crazy details I felt I had to worry about on my wedding day, having great lasting pictures was not one of them! Rick is utterly dependable, worth your money and very professional. One picture he captured of my husband and I kissing hangs on the wall in our house and my little girl constantly points to it because it is just so beautiful!
