Our collections are based on the typical sizes of events and the time needed to adequately provide coverage. Hours may be added to any collection.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
One unless it is an entire day, We generally eat when you do within reason.
Do you charge for travel?
Day prior to the first event to be photographed with normal lodging and travel expenses paid.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Within 6 weeks. Usually sooner.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Depends on where the couple will reside. We most often host a private viewing party at our studio but will work with others to find a suitable option. We currently offer a website after the initial viewing. We also give a set of 4x6 proofs to keep.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Keep the printed 4x6 proofs. Website is up for 60 days.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, unless other specific arrangements have been made.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes, unless other specific arrangements have been made.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
They are available for purchase.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Award winning storybooks or traditional matted albums and even matted image boxes are available.
When will the client get the final album?
Once you have signed off on a final design, it will take 6-12 weeks before you will receive your beautiful album.
