never more than one wedding in a day, sometimes 2 on a weekend
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
yes, I belong to an amazing network of photographers!
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
cameras, many lens and memory cards
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
yes
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer collections of 6 or 9 hours, but that can be flexible!
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I usually try to get a bit to eat while the bridal couple is eating at the reception - I do my best to stay close so nothing gets missed!
Do you charge for travel?
I include up to 100 miles from Grand Blanc in my collections, travel beyond that is handled on an individual basis
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
wedding images are posted on-line within 4-6 weeks of the wedding day
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
images are posted on-line and each couple recieves their images on a DVD
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The disk is yours to keep, I do suggest making a new copy every couple of years as new technology comes available
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
While I do retain copy rights to all my work each couple is given personal printing rights to their images
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
yes, digital files
Will images be available for viewing online?
yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer square & rectangular flush mount albums ranging in size from 5x7 to 12x12
When will the client get the final album?
after you have approved your design the album will be delivered within 6 weeks
