Julie Strating has been a professional makeup artist for over 5 years, having first worked for a prestigious cosmetics company as a regional market artist before choosing to work independently. Makeup is her passion and she caters to each client on an individual basis. She welcomes new challenges and opportunities and loves meeting (and making up) new faces. Julie is fun, personable, and really knows her stuff! She did the makeup for a photo shoot at September's Bride and each model's look was unique and excellent. I highly recommend Julie for any special occasion.
Julie is a highly skilled artist and was so wonderful to work with when we hired her to do the makeup for our models at an event. The makeup she did was beautiful! It was important we achieved a very specific look for our models and Julie helped us accomplish that goal. I am so excited to have found her and would definitely recommend her to our brides!

It has been such a pleasure working with Julie. Her work is amazingly beautiful. Julie is very professional and goes out of her way to deliver the right look while creating a fun environment while doing so. I have personally seen Julie create such a variety of different looks.
