What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Garter production takes about 5-10 days and an additional 3-5 days for shipment. Shipping costs (approximately $1.00 to 5.00) are in addition to the prices listed on www.juliannesmith.com and are non-refundable. Rush shipments are available upon request.

What are the garter sizes?
Julianne smith garters are one-size-fits-all. They are designed to be worn on the thigh, just above the knee (to make it easy to remove if you are going to toss it!). Special sizing requests will gladly be handled, please email info@juliannesmith.com to inquire.

How should I care for my garter?
All of Julianne Smith products are hand crafted and thus delicate. Gentle spot cleaning with cold water is recommended for garters. If extremely soiled, garters can be soaked in cold water and laid flat to dry.
Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy with your product, returns or exchanges are accepted on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted on custom orders. Julianne Smith will make every attempt to fully discuss your custom order prior to production, to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want. all shipping costs are non-refundable.
