As a wedding planner, it's important that I work well with each of the vendors. Katie and her team are amazing. They created a custom frame for a display of 1,000 paper cranes at my last event. Re the coordinating part: everything went so smoothly, I didn't have to worry about a thing on that day. Jazmin just took care of everything. Our wedding was more complicated than most because there were 4 locations (different spots for getting ready, first look, ceremony, and reception), so there was plenty of room for issues, but she put together the timeline and coordinated the vendors so that I didn't have to worry about trying to figure out how much time to allocate to what etc. The only issue we had was with transportation, and she contacted them and got us a full refund for their terrible service. She's also just a lovely person and very easy to work with. You really need a day-of coordinator on your wedding day (I've been at weddings that didn't have them, and things always go wrong, and you just don't need to be dealing with that), and we're so lucky to have had Jazmin to take care of it for us!! One other thing that I really appreciated about their coordinator package was that they started helping us months in advance, which meant that no little details slipped through the cracks.
Re the decor part: We had a somewhat unusual decor scheme (no flowers, themed centerpieces), and Katie rolled with the punches, was endlessly patient with us, and even made a final week-of change when we needed to change one centerpiece to please family.

Katie saved our day!
When we were planning our wedding on our own...we slowly started to see that we were going to be spending way more than we wanted to. We also realized that we might have made the wrong choice in a photographer. We met with her and she was so helpful and gave us free advice without even knowing if we would hire her. We went in for coordination services and quickly realized that we needed more help and she does flowers too. So we saved so much time and stress with her and her team - I was almost mad that I had not met her before we started the process. As a couple on a budget...after having been through the process...I realized that we should have gotten a partial planning package from her before we signed contracts. However...she spoke to our photographer and the rest of the planning process was smooth. We had fun and enjoyed the process and she created the most beautiful chuppah for us, designed my dream bridal bouquet that she customized with fabric from my mothers dress.
