I'm originally from Reno, Nevada where at age four, I baked her first batch of cookies with my great-grandma. In 2008, I moved to Portland with my bestie and attended Oregon Culinary Institute where I graduated with degrees in both the baking and culinary programs. Since graduating, I has worked in and helped open several bakeries in the PNW before purchasing Dream Cakes. I believe cake is more than just a creative outlet, it’s my contribution to society. Cake plays a major role in our special memories, so for Pete’s sake don’t skip the cake, as my grandma would say!
