What items are available for rental?

Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services?

Do you provide customary wedding items, such as Chuppahs or Mandaps?
We do not carry any of the items listed, however, we ask that each customer call to see if it is something we may be interested in purchasing for their event.
Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?
We do have a showroom. Please visit us Monday, 7:30AM-5PM. Tuesday-Friday, 9AM-5PM. Saturday, 9AM-12PM.
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?
I would suggest reserving any items as soon as you know you definitely need them.
Can the order be modified close to the event date?
You have up until 2 weeks prior to modify your contract.
What if I need to cancel my order?
50% deposits are due upon reservation and are non-refundable.
What are your hours of delivery?
Deliveries are completed during our regular business hours. Any deliveries needed after regular business hours must be arranged in advance and additional fees apply.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
Your rental order must reach $100.00 before we can deliver. Basic round trip delivery and pick up begins at $60.00. That is to a level, easy access (garage) area and does not include set up.
What if guests spill food, drinks, etc. on the rental items?
Most stains can be treated, but there is an occasional stain the we cannot remove. The customer is only responsible if that is the case.
